UN Climate Summit Multi-Portal Event Platform
United Nation Climate Change
At the climate summit organized by Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INVASSO was chosen to create and implement the essential digital ecosystem for the event. This summit gathered thousands of global participants, including presidents, ministers, diplomats, United Nations representatives, media entities, and environmental leaders. The operational demands were extremely rigorous, requiring strict security protocols, VIP management, complex multi-day scheduling, real-time coordination of transportation, and no tolerance for any system failures. INVASSO developed a secure, cloud-based multi-portal platform that integrated all event operations into a unified system. This solution featured visitor registration and accreditation, management of speakers and agendas, workflows for VIP and diplomatic delegations, staff operation dashboards, QR-based access control, and a real-time transportation management system for shuttles that handled routing, capacity, and live scheduling updates. The platform accommodated multiple government and international agencies at once, incorporating role-based access controls and providing real-time visibility into operations for various teams. It was designed to manage peak loads, simultaneous event tracks, and unexpected protocol or security adjustments seamlessly. INVASSO oversaw the project from the initial discovery phase and system design through development, stress testing, and on-site implementation, offering real-time monitoring and support throughout the event. The platform achieved zero downtime and fully digitized all attendee and operational processes. Consequently, it delivered a smooth, secure, and highly dependable digital experience that facilitated efficient movement of participants, ensured flawless VIP processing, and streamlined coordination across agencies. This solution now serves as a model for future government-led summits, diplomatic meetings, and large international events.
