**Challenge:** The co-founders of Koawach initially engaged our team to develop an adaptive e-commerce site. A month prior to the launch, they were invited to appear on the popular German television show Die Höhle Der Löwen and anticipated a significant spike in visitors and orders. Thus, the primary challenge was to create a web application capable of handling a sudden increase in traffic. **Solution:** The specialists at IntexSoft focused on integrating payment systems and logistical support while also building a customized backend for the platform. We designed and incorporated an innovative system architecture tailored for this project. To enhance user experience, we developed a mobile-adaptive version of the platform, facilitating easy access through mobile devices. To prevent issues with blocking and blacklisting during mass email campaigns, our team tested several public servers and opted for the Gmail SMTP Server, allowing us to set daily sending limits for emails. The lining management system ensured control over the volume and frequency of the emails sent. The project utilized third-party payment systems secured by standard security protocols. A two-level security approach was implemented, ensuring a secure connection (HTTPS) between the browser and server, as well as between the server and payment systems. Within the data center, all servers were secured in an internal network that is not externally accessible through the firewall (DMZ), with only end-user requests passing through the primary firewall. **Challenge** Before partnering with IntexSoft, Parfuemerie.de's eCommerce system was managed by a partner who was slow to respond to requests for essential project modifications. Urgent changes were particularly delayed. The company sought a new IT partner capable of addressing these issues and preventing future ones. Our company emerged as the most competitive option, primarily due to our expertise in deploying and integrating large-scale e-commerce projects. **Solution** Given that the system is a complex eCommerce platform reliant on third-party systems, our team conducted a detailed analysis of the integration's business logic before beginning development. The eCommerce system also needed to support high levels of automation, leading us to propose a self-healing data exchange. Initially, the client suggested selecting a new eCommerce system from basic options such as Shopware, Oxid, and Magento 2. Our team recommended Magento 2 as the best fit, citing its large community, extensive selection of plugins, and independence from specific vendors. IntexSoft developers opted for a cloud-based solution using Docker containers for the system architecture, allowing Parfuemerie.de to remain self-sufficient. This approach enabled the application to run in any data center at any time, without requiring complex processes. **Challenge:** The client needed software development services for a supply chain application to monitor their entire product supply chain. **Solution:** We created an intuitive web application and integrated it with the corporate tendering service developed by our team. This integration allows the client to seamlessly link projects with the tender system and generate and initiate tenders automatically. A key technical requirement during the software development was synchronizing the service with the SAP system, enabling automatic processing of incoming invoices within the SAP ERP. Initially, users had to manually adjust parameters that influenced the total value-added tax (VAT) amount. We introduced a VAT calculation feature where users can upload an Excel file, and the system automatically computes the tax for each project. Additionally, we implemented a full-text search function, allowing users to find projects based on content, not just by name.
