Creation of an online platform for corporate lunch orders. To address the issues with lunch delivery organization, we developed a dedicated online ordering platform from the ground up for our client. Given the unique needs of B Group's operations, we integrated the platform with their ERP system, IIKO, which they use to manage their restaurant services. Additionally, we incorporated the Actinia payment system, enabling employees to purchase meals at their own expense. This setup not only streamlined corporate lunch services but also provided a similar platform for individual lunch deliveries. New customers can access the platform via a landing page showcasing all of B Group's services. The system includes two types of users: managers and regular employees. Managers have additional capabilities, such as adding new users or removing those who have left the company, viewing the complete list of employees and their orders, creating and modifying orders for others (allowing assistants to order on behalf of supervisors or guests), and setting daily order limits for each employee. On the new platform, employees can select and order their own lunches for either one day or multiple days. The menu items are categorized by type (such as salads, soups, and desserts), and there is a keyword search feature for easy navigation. Users also have access to their order history, which can be viewed for one month, three months, or six months: regular employees can only see their own history, while managers can access the order history of all their employees. The order history can also be exported to Excel.

KARL STORZ Ukraine

Objectives: KARL STORZ Ukraine serves as the official representative of KARL STORZ Endoskope in Ukraine, a German manufacturer of endoscopic equipment. The goal was to enhance communication between customers and service center staff, as well as streamline customer service processes for the latter. After analyzing the company's business operations, we created and implemented a solution that combines a mobile app with a web-based administrative panel. Solutions: We developed a user-friendly application for KARL STORZ customers that enables them to submit repair requests, track the progress of repairs, and communicate with KARL STORZ engineers. The app also provides access to online support, allows users to contact support staff via phone, place equipment orders, and view events organized by KARL STORZ Ukraine for healthcare professionals. For service center staff, we created an administrative panel that allows specialists to manage incoming requests, update their status, engage in correspondence with app users, and input data into the company's internal CRM system after completing repairs.

We have created a multifunctional and visually appealing store where users can easily locate and buy their desired items. The technical framework we utilized guarantees the capacity to handle substantial traffic while maintaining a high level of security for the online shop. It also enabled us to incorporate an efficient administrative interface for store management. To support a complete e-commerce experience, the online store was integrated with various third-party services essential for fulfilling the business objectives.
