Pyxos: AI Co-pilot for Compliance

Pyxos

**Project Summary** Pyxos aimed to simplify the complexities of global data and privacy regulations through advanced AI and automation. They collaborated with Intersog to create an innovative compliance co-pilot—an AI-powered platform that assists organizations in effectively navigating changing privacy regulations, minimizing manual tasks, and enhancing decision-making. **Solution** Intersog assembled a specialized team of four engineers who worked closely with Pyxos to realize its AI-centric vision: 1) Achieved the delivery of a functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in just one month. 2) Integrated OpenAI APIs, LlamaIndex, and LangChain to offer real-time insights on changing regulations. 3) Simplified the policy development process with AI-generated recommendations, significantly reducing the time and effort required from compliance teams. 4) Implemented a custom Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) system (utilizing Google Cloud Functions and PostgreSQL with vector extensions) to analyze policies and provide customized guidance. 5) Created comprehensive reporting and dashboard tools, allowing stakeholders to make quick, data-driven decisions. 6) Guaranteed smooth integration into existing corporate systems. During the four-month refinement stage of the project, Intersog and Pyxos collaborated closely to continuously improve system performance and user experience.

AI Automation for an Innovative Insurance Company

Relm Insurance

In partnership with Freestone.AI, Intersog assisted Relm Insurance in revolutionizing their data management and underwriting systems by creating RelmAI—a robust, AI-powered platform that converts extensive unstructured data into usable insights. In addition to indexing, RelmAI enhances the data by incorporating meaningful context. A comprehensive security framework was established using Microsoft Entra ID for authentication, encryption, and secure networking, ensuring that all data remains protected and is only accessible to authorized individuals, thereby adhering to stringent security and compliance requirements.

Deana.AI® | Enterprise AI Framework

Deana.AI

Deana.AI is a machine learning framework that interprets user inputs in both text and voice, retrieves the most relevant response from its contextual database, and improves with each user interaction. INTERSOG assembled a specialized team comprised of experts in machine learning, natural language understanding, data analysis, and system design to create a robust AI-driven enterprise framework. This team included 12 members: a software architect, 4 full-stack developers, 2 data scientists, 2 database developers, 2 QA engineers, and a project manager. Their project tasks involved: 1) researching NLP frameworks and prototyping applications 2) tuning the NLU pipeline 3) developing an integrated question-answering system 4) generating NLU training data 5) classifying documents for the knowledge base 6) summarizing user inputs 7) implementing optical character recognition (OCR) 8) classifying statistical data 9) generating reports 10) creating a context for the GPT-2 model 11) producing summaries as contextual memory. The first prototype was unveiled two months after the project began, followed by the development of a minimum viable product (MVP) representing Deana in the following months. At launch, Deana.AI utilized text recognition, intent generation, question-answering, and machine learning technologies to automate routine tasks, develop enterprise-wide knowledge bases, and provide decision-making insights for business users.
