We have collaborated closely with Greystar, a leading global company in student housing and apartment living, for more than three years. Greystar boasts a diverse and expanding collection of high-quality student residences and buy-to-rent projects in London. As their primary UK software consulting and development partner, we have advised on and created their collection of responsive websites and booking platforms aimed mainly at an international clientele. For instance, Chapter Living, their flagship brand in London, operates eight locations and offers multilingual support to cater to the Chinese market. Knowsley Safari Park is a prominent tourist destination in Merseyside, featuring over 700 animals and an impressive five-mile safari drive. Collaborating with the client, we established three primary objectives to assess our success: enhance the Safari Drive experience, educate and entertain guests, and create commercial opportunities. We faced various technical challenges due to the park's size and connectivity issues. By working closely with Knowsley, we were able to address these challenges by integrating various technologies and approaches, including: experience design (XD), innovative location-based services, mapping with Xamarin, and a customized CMS. The Safari Drive mode utilizes GPS and divides the park into 11 zones, allowing the App to navigate automatically as users tour the park. The outcome has been exceptional, with both the client and visitors expressing great satisfaction with the App.
