**Project Summary** Collaborating with VulcanForged, a blockchain platform and game development studio that offers an NFT trading marketplace and a decentralized exchange (DEX), our goal is to support their growing data management and uptime needs. With more than 20,000 active users and a position among the top five in GamesMarketplace, VulcanForged sought a DevOps and DataOps partner to create a more effective and scalable system. **Project Requirements** - Development of an admin panel for the NFT marketplace. - Transition from the native VET coin to the PYR token (ERC-20). - Creation of a decentralized exchange on a dedicated blockchain. - Establishment of a new blockchain named Elysium to support a reliable gaming ecosystem and a cloud-based wallet management system. The client's main concerns were related to increasing data and uptime demands for communication services, as well as the analytics needed to manage the admin panel during the transition from Polygon to Elysium. **Project Challenges** - Ensuring a 99.99% uptime for the operational dashboard and all associated services. - Creating a security algorithm to fend off DDoS attacks and other unauthorized access. - Developing a security operational dashboard to monitor and respond to any exceptional events. **Project Solution** - We implemented various tools and operational centers to address the growing demands for data, uptime, and service-level agreement (SLA) management for communication services. - For managing scheduled tasks and external processing, we built a custom analytics solution to identify and address delays through both hardware and software optimization methods. - A point-in-time stop/start/restart feature, along with real-time analytics for current running tasks and their system metrics, was developed. A significant aspect of this was maintaining SLAs and escalating issues to different resource bases when breaches occurred. - We established a security operations center to identify and analyze various security threats, which empowered the company to secure its operations with greater assurance.
