Spaceport America - Business Development
Spaceport America is the first commercial spaceport specifically designed for this purpose in the world. Its goal is to provide affordable, efficient, and effective access to space, making space travel accessible to everyone. Situated near Las Cruces, New Mexico, it serves as the base for companies such as Virgin Galactic, Armadillo Aerospace, XCOR Aerospace, UP Aerospace, and other private organizations that are at the forefront of the next era of space exploration. To enhance the experience for visitors and families of space travelers while narrating the history and future of space exploration, Integrated Insight collaborated with various firms to successfully secure the Spaceport Visitor project out of over forty candidates. Integrated Insight's responsibilities included conducting initial market evaluations, researching concepts and demand among U.S. residents interested in New Mexico and/or space, developing pricing strategies, forecasting demand and revenue, planning capacity, and recommending operational days and hours, along with preparing pro forma financial statements. The project received approval and was slated to open in late 2015. Services offered included Capacity Planning and Optimization, Concept Testing, Demand and Revenue Forecasting, Market Assessment, Pro Forma Development, and Strategy Design, all within the Cultural sector.
