This project involved over 20,000 employees and the deployment of 17 SAP systems, addressing various processes including finance, production, planning, budgeting, cost management, accounting, human resources, talent management, logistics, sales, procurement, asset management, and maintenance and repairs. Our company delivers comprehensive solutions for automating production and business processes throughout the value chain. Migration to Microsoft Azure

Enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and security of IT infrastructure by transitioning to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Over the course of a 12-month project, 680 servers from two main Data Centers were migrated to Microsoft Azure, serving a total of 2,000 users, and 85 terminal servers were converted to the PaaS Windows Virtual Desktop. This migration to Azure will improve the infrastructure's efficiency, availability, and security, increasing flexibility and adaptability, accelerating the deployment of new systems and services, and ensuring business continuity. The project's objectives included unifying the IT services of a group of companies in Italy, the UK, Bulgaria, Switzerland, and the United States into a cohesive IT infrastructure model, enhancing service management, reducing operational and support costs, and establishing a centralized toolset for information security management. Prior to this, the companies utilized various data storage and backup systems. Microsoft Azure enables the development, deployment, and management of applications in the cloud while storing data on servers in distributed data centers. Beyond cost savings, the centralization of services will facilitate further implementation and standardization of IT service delivery according to corporate standards. Consequently:

Micro Focus Service Manager implementation

Enhance the efficiency of resolving end-user issues in IT services with Micro Focus Service Manager: This project utilized Micro Focus Service Manager (MFSM) to gather data on the health status of IT infrastructure. It was integrated with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (MS SCOM), Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (MS MCCM), and PRTG Network Monitor to create a unified monitoring platform. The integration with SAP systems through SAP Solution Manager and SAP GRC enabled the consolidation of all IT services data in a single location. PowerBI was implemented to develop interactive dashboards and perform real-time data analytics for the business. Users now have a clear and easy method for submitting tickets and tracking their progress, while the company has established a cohesive platform for registering and processing issues until resolution.
