Agribusiness and Financial trading platform
Inisoft Global collaborated with a financial company's development team to assist in creating an enterprise-level software platform aimed at enhancing clients' ability to manage their financial products independently. The challenge for the company stemmed from its reliance on outdated practices involving manual data entry and trading, which restricted both transaction volume and market reach. Data was scattered across various systems, necessitating the creation of a new service layer to consolidate and interpret this information for usability.
To address these issues, we developed a self-management platform that enables clients to trade in real-time and access the full range of financial and agricultural products offered by the company. Our team contributed to the LBO project in roles such as Software Architect, DevOps, Product Owner, Data Analyst, Full Stack Engineer, Front End Engineer, and QA Automation Engineer. The web application was designed using a microservices architecture deployed on an on-premise cloud service, utilizing RabbitMQ for message brokering and implementing continuous integration practices (CI/CD). We employed NODEJS, Python, and Golang for backend development, with Angular used for the front end. PostgreSQL served as the database, and we facilitated integration with third-party systems through APIs and reverse engineering of legacy systems. Our DevOps stack included Docker, Grafana, and ElasticSearch, alongside MySQL, web services using SOAP, sockets, and REST APIs.
As a result of working within an agile framework, we successfully integrated the MVP and launched it into production within four months. This implementation resulted in a 400% increase in trading activity, significantly boosting revenue. The client now has a service layer designed to provide middleware for third-party value-added services and applications at a higher application level.
