Our objective was to deliver a nearshoring service as part of a Build-Operate-Transfer model for a Norwegian firm. **Project Overview** **Project Timeline** Discussions began in May 2019, followed by the launch of our recruitment campaign in September 2019. By October 2019, the first Senior Java Developer had joined the team. As of now, the Infolet team comprises 11 IT professionals, primarily focused on Java, as well as Front-End, Full-Stack, and DevOps expertise. **Success Narrative** Conversations with the company initiated in May 2019 and included multiple rounds of meetings and discussions to foster a deeper connection. The company chose to establish a presence in Kraków, Poland, and played a role in selecting a real estate agency and visiting office spaces. After starting the recruitment process in September, we successfully onboarded the first Senior Java Developer by mid-October. The recruitment efforts were well-organized and ran smoothly in the subsequent months. Presently, the team includes 11 Infolet developers who specialize mainly in Java and/or front-end technologies. Our specialists collaborate effectively with their colleagues in the Norwegian company on projects related to cybersecurity, mobile payments, and identity solutions. We currently manage HR, administrative tasks, insurance, and tax responsibilities for this team. **Why Poland and Infolet?** The decision-makers valued the high caliber of Polish IT professionals, the convenient flight connections between cities, and particularly our company’s successful execution of a well-structured BOT project.

Client Our client is a leading global provider of IT solutions for the airline sector. Their extensive array of cloud-based tools utilizes AI and machine learning to enhance critical aspects of airline operations, such as: Operations Control: flight planning, dispatch, and air traffic management Crew Management: scheduling, training, and fatigue risk management Flight Management: fuel efficiency, route optimization, and overall performance Challenge The client required specialized IT support to speed up strategic initiatives and bolster their internal development capabilities. Cooperation Since January 2022, we have supplied highly skilled IT professionals who integrate seamlessly into the client's current teams. Remote recruitment tool - Testing Tool

**Challenge** The client requested the development of a tool to facilitate remote recruitment, focusing primarily on enabling remote candidate testing. This tool allowed candidates to complete their recruitment assessments from any location and at their convenience. At that time, no similar tools were available in the market, making the concept of fully remote recruitment quite groundbreaking. **Process Flow** In June 2013, we initiated project discussions with the client’s recruitment representative. We addressed key aspects of the remote testing process, as well as potential risks associated with this method. After two weeks, we presented our vision for the application to the client. Upon further review and discussion of our ideas, we commenced development. Both Front-End and Back-End tasks were executed concurrently. **Project Duration** - Start: June 2013 - End: February 2014 **Technology Stack** Java, Struts, Hibernate, PostgreSQL **Project Scope** Design and implementation of both the frontend and backend layers, managed on a time and material basis. **Software Development Team** The team comprised one Front-End Developer, two Back-End Developers, and one Product Manager. **Final Result** In less than eight months, we developed a user-friendly web application that enabled candidates to take recruitment tests without needing to visit the company’s offices. The tool allowed for easy test configuration and assignment to specific candidates, with the only requirement being an internet connection. The application was compatible with major browsers, including Firefox, Opera, and Chrome.
