About the Team
OUR STORY
In early 2009, amidst a global and Australian economic downturn where many companies reduced staff and diminished hiring needs, our founders—seasoned search and recruitment experts—gathered in Sydney’s CBD to reflect on the market’s challenges. Drawing on extensive experience from various technology recruitment firms, they recognized a significant concern from clients across diverse company sizes: existing recruitment providers either lacked specialized services or charged prohibitive fees. Motivated by this feedback, they sought to establish a company that offers tailored, cost-effective recruitment solutions, addressing the gaps in the industry and meeting the nuanced hiring needs of their clients with professionalism and expertise.
