Jake Macholtz has served as the CEO of InEight since 2016, directing the company's U.S. and global operations with a rich background in engineering and construction technologies. Before joining InEight, he accumulated extensive leadership experience at Kiewit, a $12.5 billion construction and engineering firm, where he was vice president of the Kiewit Technology Group. There, Jake managed comprehensive technology systems and spearheaded the implementation of Kiewit's inaugural global ERP system, centralizing technology solutions company-wide. His efforts in developing innovative field technologies enhanced project planning, estimating, and scheduling, yielding significant operational efficiencies. Jake's career began in 1999 with hands-on roles in project sponsorship, management, and engineering, providing deep industry insight. He holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Arizona.
