ABOUT IMPACTENG
Cloud, DevOps & AI Readiness for Engineering Teams
impacteng.com.au assists engineering teams in establishing the necessary Cloud and DevOps foundations for AI agents. We are an Australian consultancy led by Nitin Sharma, who has over 18 years of practical experience in Cloud and DevOps. Our expertise includes Linux systems, AWS, containers, CI/CD, Cloud architecture, and creating high-performing Cloud Engineering and DevOps teams. We also have a solid understanding of GCP, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in both Cloud and AI services. Our main offering is the Agentic AI Readiness Audit, a fixed-price evaluation that assesses your organization on six key areas: Cloud infrastructure, data quality, DevOps maturity, team capabilities, governance, and strategic alignment. You'll receive a report with scores, a prioritized 90-day roadmap, and an executive summary suitable for boards. Additionally, we provide Strategic Assessment and Enablement (focusing on operating models, delivery processes, tool audits, Cloud costs, and risk management) as well as Embedded Leadership and Execution, where we collaborate with your team to eliminate delivery obstacles and achieve results. What sets us apart is our Melbourne base, serving organizations throughout Australia.

About the Team
OUR STORY
ImpactEng was founded on the belief that execution, not strategy, distinguishes technology success. Many organizations struggle to deploy AI agents effectively due to unreliable data pipelines, unsuited cloud infrastructure, and outdated DevOps practices. ImpactEng bridges this gap by combining expertise in Cloud, DevOps, and Agile methodologies tailored for AI production needs. They deliver scalable, secure cloud architectures, automated pipelines, AI readiness assessments, and agile delivery processes. With an emphasis on technical depth and fixed-price products, ImpactEng works closely with Australian teams to improve delivery and culture. Founder Nitin Sharma brings extensive experience from Australia Post and REA Group, focusing on building compliant, scalable infrastructure that supports real-world AI deployment challenges.
