GSK

Enhancing sales performance through customer interaction and data-driven insights, GSK's B2B clients, including Tesco, Lloyds Pharmacy, and Boots, benefit from volume-based order rebates that are communicated directly to their account management teams. Given our background in healthcare applications, we were ideally suited to replace an existing customer-facing web portal. The previous portal's integration with current systems was inefficient, resulting in the inability to provide accurate sales data for both clients and management. We concentrated on enabling real-time monitoring and assessment of these metrics. Furthermore, the user experience was lacking, resulting in low client engagement. The brand and account management teams at GSK recognized a chance to enhance the customer experience, streamline automation and reporting, and better understand customer behavior. What actions did we take?

E-Energy

What prompted the engagement of Imobisoft? E-Energy receives a biweekly file from the regulator that includes all the gas and electricity tariffs from competitors in the market. A sizable administration team would then spend considerable time deciphering this extensive data to determine E-Energy's pricing position relative to its competitors in order to stay competitive. The heavy administrative burden arose from the inconsistent format of the file and the varying data in the fields, which exhibited anomalies and fluctuations each month. To make the data usable, the team had to clean it, eliminate duplicates, correct formatting errors, and perform manual checks on the data quality. This process could take up to three working days and required significant involvement from senior staff. What actions did we take? We identified the irregularities in the existing model and recognized that automating the cleaning and reformatting of the tariff file was necessary. Consequently, we created an automated machine learning model that helps E-Energy analyze the competitive market. Our developers trained the model on existing datasets, which now automatically removes duplicates, corrects values within the file, and flags any new anomalies. The resulting output file is completely accurate, and the entire process takes just 55 seconds to complete, delivering substantial resource and time savings. As a result, the business saves over £30,000 annually, allowing senior staff to concentrate on more strategic tasks rather than data processing. By eliminating the time spent on correcting and adjusting the file, we estimate a weekly savings of approximately 26 hours of staff time, which enables the team to redirect their efforts to other important activities.

Transforming patient care- IoT device & data-anal

NHS

Utilizing connected technology in medical devices allows for more accurate measurement of patient data, facilitates immediate reporting, and incorporates machine learning to identify possible patient issues. Why was Imobisoft chosen for this project? With over 32,500 individuals in the UK estimated to have Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) and doctors cautioning about the risks posed by this "silent killer" lung disease, University Hospital North Midlands sought a better way to monitor symptoms and provide patients with new management options. To develop a solution, recent healthcare innovations were leveraged, resulting in the NHS commissioning the Imobisoft team, a long-standing partner, to deliver an optimal software solution for both patients and NHS clinicians dealing with IPF. What we accomplished: After establishing the application’s purpose, the next step was to identify the users and their roles within the system. This included creating an electronic medical record for each patient in the system, enabling both patients and clinicians to monitor the patient's IPF status. The development primarily focused on three main user groups: patients who manage their IPF records, clinicians who use this information for treatment decisions, and system administrators overseeing the application’s backend. To provide comprehensive service to all three user types, Imobisoft designed three distinct dashboards, each tailored to meet the specific needs of each user group.
