Intellect has been operating since 2000, utilizing an AI-driven Quality Management System (QMS) platform that assists organizations in achieving compliance, minimizing risks, and ensuring quality at scale. With high expectations from enterprises, they required a website that would enable their audience to easily locate the solutions and services necessary for achieving business objectives. The challenge was that Intellect's old website had several Hubspot landing pages attached to it, used a gradient logo, and was not optimized for its current user base. They needed to create better user journeys, refresh their existing assets, distinguish their appearance, and convey on-brand messaging. To address these needs, Imarc provided Intellect with a minor brand update by replacing the gradient brain cloud with a solid color logo. This adjustment modernized the brand and enhanced the logo's visibility across different print and online platforms. We also revised the brand colors, which improved accessibility and helped differentiate Intellect from its competitors. In addition to updating the logo and color scheme, we developed a new duotone icon library that aligned with the refreshed look. One of the most notable visual changes was the overall brightening of the site, which positively influenced how the brand was perceived. Intellect was redefined not just as a QMS leader, but also as a standard-bearer for design excellence, a feat rarely accomplished by B2B companies. The previous website had the headline, “Transforming Your Quality Management.” In contrast, Imarc’s redesign focused on emphasizing the internal “Intellectual” identity, enhancing the messaging to be more inclusive and representative of both employees and customers, rather than solely centered on the QMS's functions. On the technical side, our development team revitalized the Intellect site by constructing their global header, footer, navigation, content modules, and CMS tools as new pages. The implementation process was expedited thanks to Imarc’s proprietary framework, Pronto, which provided pre-made content blocks. We then created customized blocks and templates from there.

The Overview Since its establishment in 1981, Mark Richey Woodworking has become a leading name in high-quality woodworking for some of America’s premier venues and projects. This prominent brand has been a client of Imarc for over a decade. Our initial collaboration involved redesigning their website to serve as an extensive portfolio that highlighted their impressive work. Recently, Mark Richey Woodworking approached us to discuss how to more effectively incorporate a corporate furniture brand they acquired in 2018, WallGoldfinger, while also refreshing their entire website. The Challenge Although Mark began his career crafting furniture, the focus of the Mark Richey Woodworking brand is on architectural millwork. Conversely, WallGoldfinger has always been associated with furniture and needed to maintain its identity while integrating smoothly into the broader Mark Richey Woodworking brand. Both brands aimed to retain their unique recognition, which required thoughtful site architecture, art direction, and care that wouldn't be necessary for a single-brand site. The Solution We chose Webflow as our digital platform due to its dynamic and customizable capabilities. This flexibility, combined with our team’s creative expertise, enabled us to showcase both divisions of Mark Richey Woodworking prominently on the homepage and sub-pages, effectively driving business for each while highlighting their shared values of facility, experience, innovation, and sustainability in woodworking. The website features unique elements such as meticulous attention to motion and interaction, allowing users to focus on the craftsmanship while exploring the broader story. Additionally, the content management system (CMS) is user-friendly for tagging and categorization, enabling browsing by category.

Datacor Merging six websites into one branded, per

Datacor is recognized as a reliable provider of established software and expertise in process manufacturing, chemical distribution, and engineering. Following its acquisition of multiple companies and the rebranding with Mechanica, Datacor identified the need for a more robust and unified website to support its future growth. The acquisitions had resulted in their products being distributed across six different websites, each with its own brand. Imarc collaborated with them to integrate these separate sites into a cohesive experience. During the creative and strategic phase, 21 wireframes and three sets of visual designs were developed. Imarc also helped establish a content framework to provide Datacor with a foundation for conveying a unified message. Once these elements were in place, the construction of the website began. This high-performing site was built on the HubSpot CMS, which can be challenging to navigate initially; therefore, our engineers created the modules from the ground up with marketing authors in mind. Each module is designed to be versatile and user-friendly, allowing anyone to easily create content within Datacor's platform. Ultimately, Imarc's team also supported the content import process, ensuring Datacor could meet its intended launch date. Given the project's scale, it required a collective effort. As we merged the six websites into one, we anticipated strong metrics at launch, and we certainly achieved them! The site's impressive success has prompted both us and Datacor to explore additional enhancements and add-ons to further elevate their brand.
