Challenge Next Bank, a Bradesco brand aimed at Millennials, sought to gain insights into their target audience's expectations and develop UX solutions for its services and touchpoints. The goal was to create innovations that would unify the brand experience. To achieve this, we assembled a multidisciplinary UX team within the client organization. We explored the expectations of the target demographic and designed a range of UX solutions and enhancements for services and touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive experience for users. Through UX research and mapping the user journey, we established a new communication flow between individuals and Next Bank.

Bradesco faced the need for a Benchmarking study to analyze both direct and indirect competition, as well as a usability assessment of the Bradesco Artificial Intelligence (BIA) to enhance the user experience. Our approach involved mapping, understanding, and selecting usability requirements and features for the channel. We collaborated on the BIA's user journey, leveraging insights gained throughout the project. We also provided guidance by offering recommendations for decision-making regarding the integration and transition to various digital platforms. Our focus was on AI design for customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) research, resulting in a more sophisticated artificial intelligence system. The BIA channel has now become a benchmark in customer relations within the Brazilian market.

Our team assisted in planning the innovation sector for 2019, aiming to elevate the company's strategic approach. How we improved it: We formed innovation groups comprised of experts from various departments who, with support from ilegra, generated and developed new ideas. We established KPIs and reporting frameworks while offering mentoring, connecting to innovative environments and startups, and providing courses, workshops, talks, and training. Embracing innovation proved to be the safest path forward. This shift transformed Sompo's culture, enhanced its internal processes, and facilitated the exploration of new product alternatives across different market sectors. The collaboration led to some of Brazil's most creative insurance plans and the launch of a new product: Mobility Equipment Insurance, which compensates for damage to equipment used by individuals with disabilities or limited mobility.
