Estikmal is a leading web platform in Saudi Arabia designed specifically to facilitate the buying, selling, and investment in small and medium-sized enterprises. Identity Solutions was responsible for the complete design and development process from the ground up, which included a rebranding, creating the main marketplace platform, and developing the admin dashboard. The existing challenge was that the process of buying or selling a business in Saudi Arabia was mostly informal and lacked transparency, relying on personal connections, brokers, and unregulated classifieds that offered no standard verification. Sellers lacked a trustworthy digital avenue to connect with genuine investors, while buyers found it difficult to evaluate listings or trust the information available. To address this, we developed a two-part web platform that encompasses the entire acquisition process. Key features of the platform include a tech stack with a Next.js frontend, Node.js backend, MongoDB, AWS, Moyasar for payment processing, Mailgun for email notifications, and Authentica for OTP verification. Bazz

Bazz is an on-demand marketplace for beauty and salon bookings, developed specifically for the Saudi Arabian market. Identity Solutions managed the entire product lifecycle, encompassing requirements analysis, design, development, and ongoing maintenance across four platform components. The Challenge: In Saudi Arabia, the beauty services industry relied heavily on phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-ins for bookings. Customers lacked a centralized platform to discover, compare, and schedule beauty services, particularly for home appointments. Additionally, service providers did not have digital tools to effectively manage their schedules and customer flow. What We Built: We created a comprehensive marketplace consisting of four components: a tech stack that includes Flutter for iOS and Android apps for both customers and merchants, a customer website built on Flutter, a Node.js backend, MongoDB, AWS, Firebase, a Moyasar payment gateway, and several Saudi-specific integrations, such as Mesegat OTP and Wafeq for e-invoicing compliant with ZATCA. Nfinity

The Nfinity is an iOS application designed for a prominent cheerleading event organization in the US. Identity Solutions developed the entire framework from the ground up, including the iOS app, backend, and admin panel, catering to athletes, college coaches, event staff, and communication team members through a unified multi-role platform. The issue at hand was that athletes were using various tools for event registration, score tracking, and coach communication, while recruiters lacked real-time verified information for efficiently identifying talent during live combine events.
