Brand & Experience Overhaul for CarSwitch UAE

CarSwitch

The Challenge CarSwitch, a prominent player in the UAE's automotive market, encountered a significant issue: their prior agency's incomplete rebranding efforts left their products misaligned with their new brand identity. This disconnect limited their effectiveness in the market, leading them to enlist the help of Ideate Innovation to establish a cohesive and impactful brand experience across all platforms. The Work From a logo to a complete brand experience: We began with minimal branding materials—just a logo, color scheme, and basic shapes. Through collaborative workshops and multiple iterations, we crafted a detailed brand book that included logos, color schemes, taglines, iconography, typography, and imagery guidelines. This cohesive visual identity helped CarSwitch differentiate itself in a competitive landscape. Preparing for relaunch: Once the visual direction was established, we integrated the branding into CarSwitch's website and mobile applications. At the same time, the client was venturing into a new market, necessitating new user experiences alongside updated interfaces. Through careful monitoring, weekly demonstrations, and iterative feedback, we successfully delivered both products on schedule for the launch. Enhancing user experiences: After the launch, the premium SafeSwitch feature had difficulty attracting users. By analyzing user flows and heatmaps, we pinpointed crucial app touchpoints to promote SafeSwitch. Through testing and refining interface prototypes, we optimized its presentation to balance user needs with client objectives. The Outcome CarSwitch now presents a cohesive brand experience, boosting loyalty and brand recognition. The revamped products resulted in increased engagement, higher conversion rates, and prolonged user interactions.
