Be Well OC - Brand Awareness Needs
In 2018, prominent healthcare entities in Orange County, including Kaiser Permanente and St. Joseph Hoag Health, collaborated with CalOptima, the Orange County Board of Supervisors, and various faith-based, governmental, academic, and private organizations to establish Be Well OC. This initiative is a comprehensive public-private partnership aimed at tackling mental health issues in the area. In October 2019, Be Well announced the construction of the first of several advanced facilities intended to provide mental health and wellness services to the community. Prior to this important announcement, Idea Hall, Be Well’s ongoing communications partner, worked diligently to create the Be Well OC brand, website, and digital media content, as well as to develop a communication strategy. This effort culminated in the groundbreaking event, which received over 54 million media impressions and more than 50,000 shares on Facebook from a leading article in the Orange County Register. Approximately a year later, during the global pandemic, Idea Hall organized the virtual grand opening of Be Well OC’s inaugural mental health and wellness campus, attracting over 7,000 attendees on Facebook and YouTube, and achieving 246.5 million media impressions along with 152 features in major publications such as OC Register, The Epoch Times, World Journal, Spectrum News 1, and NBC.
