ABOUT HUMAN DYNAMICS TRAINING

We offer engaging personality-based training

Human Dynamics Training is a specialized training organization that provides personality-focused programs to private businesses and municipalities throughout Canada. We assist staff in enhancing their skills to promote teamwork and collaboration. Our interactive and engaging programs emphasize improved communication, conflict management and resolution, and the development of leadership skills, all contributing to increased productivity within the organization. Founded in 2004 by Barb and her late husband Bill, who were known as The Dynamic Duo, The Centre for Applied Human Dynamics Training was established with the belief that joy should be a part of both personal and professional lives. They committed themselves to helping individuals enhance their relationships at work and at home. We are convinced that when people gain a better understanding of themselves and others, they significantly enhance their capacity to work together effectively and achieve better outcomes.
