Real-Time Processing and Cloud Storage Optimization: McAfee aimed to create, develop, and implement a new cloud-based technical framework that would enable them to balance storage expenses, real-time processing capacity, and enhance response times through data engineering practices. Background: McAfee is a software company that focuses on computer security, with its most recognized product being antivirus software. Challenges: The client was dissatisfied with the response level it provided to customers when new virus threats emerged on computers protected by its antivirus product. The inability to process information in real time, combined with the costs linked to the large volume of data storage, hindered the search for a viable business solution. Business Objective: To enhance response times to virus threats for customers by gathering and processing information in real time, allowing it to be delivered to their cybersecurity teams as quickly as possible. Solution: We developed a security cloud solution utilizing AWS to offer monitoring, detection, response, and investigative capabilities to enterprise customers. As part of the monitoring and detection features, the system gathers telemetry from endpoints to analyze various activities occurring on user machines. The core aim of the system, referred to as Data Collection Funnel, is to instrument, transfer, translate, and store endpoint telemetry in real time. Results: We successfully achieved both objectives - significantly reducing storage costs and greatly improving response times when addressing virus threats.

Viatris

**Background** Application management outsourcing (AMO) involves the support and maintenance of pharmacovigilance applications at levels 1, 2, and 3 for pharmaceuticals in Argentina and Chile, utilizing ITIL methodology in line with Viatris's good practice standards (GxP). **Challenges** Following the acquisition of Clozapine's marketing and distribution rights, Viatris needed to sustain the pharmacovigilance application's operations to serve consumers effectively. This necessitated finding a partner with expertise in the pharmaceutical sector and experience in managing medications that require monitoring. **Business Objective** The goal was to ensure adherence to global pharmacovigilance program regulations for a specific product marketed by the laboratory, while also enhancing the current technological platform facilitating this management. To achieve this, it was decided to engage an AMO service focused on the maintenance and support of levels 1, 2, and 3, all in accordance with ITIL methodology. **Solution** Custom adjustments to the ITIL framework were made to align with the company's best practices, which required assembling a technical team proficient in this methodology to implement the service model. Furthermore, a high-availability infrastructure based on Azure was established for Argentina and Chile, with close oversight from an external consultant to ensure compliance with the processes and quality standards of the pharmacovigilance program. To maintain data completeness and accuracy, anomaly detection parameters were set up to prompt notifications after the files were processed. **Results** The complete management of the drug-surveillance program was outsourced to comply with the client's requirements, adhering to stringent industry standards. Additionally, metrics were established to continuously monitor compliance with the agreed service level agreements.

Upgrade, support, and maintenance of the Daily Operative Report (ROD) application, which plays a crucial role in various airport operations and the Total Airport Management Systems (TAMS). Additionally, development of both native and web applications for these platforms is included. Background: Aeropuertos Argentina 2000, established in 1998, manages 35 air terminals across Argentina and has grown to be the largest private airport operator globally. Today, over 2,100 employees work to deliver high-quality services while adhering to international standards of quality, safety, and comfort, every day of the year. Challenges: AA2000 is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience by modernizing and upgrading the infrastructure and services at its air terminals, aiming to connect communities through an efficient and sustainable network. This involves improving service quality for end users and optimizing internal operations. Business Objective: To optimize the ROD and TAMS platforms in response to the evolving requirements of the IT department. This includes developing an Android application and a web application to facilitate access for the AA2000 team, enhancing ticket resolution times, reducing the creation of tickets, and managing airport resources more effectively. Solution: A development team has successfully upgraded the ROD system, which is utilized for managing various daily operations, thus enhancing reporting capabilities and supporting better decision-making. Additionally, the TAMS system underwent an operational upgrade, ensuring support and maintenance of its current version to improve end-user operations. This system oversees the total management of all airports, enabling efficient resource management, flight seasonality, and daily operation management.
