Through automation, the HR agency was able to save employees 45 minutes on every report they prepared. Due to the labor-intensive and time-consuming nature of their processes, they sought assistance from Hudlajf to create an online platform for candidate testing, as well as an algorithm for generating reports automatically. This innovation significantly eased the burden on employees, allowed them to make better use of their working hours, and increased the number of reports generated from 8-10 to virtually unlimited. The Challenge: One of the primary responsibilities of the company's psychologists is to assess candidates applying for various positions. Prior to automation, they encountered several issues. The Solution: The first step towards automating their processes involved creating an online application that allowed candidates to complete initial tests from anywhere, at any time. In the following phase, we developed an algorithm that generates a report for each candidate based on the submitted data and additional criteria, irrespective of the number of applicants. The Results: The organization experienced numerous positive outcomes from implementing these new digital solutions.

A customer facing a tight timeline between ordering and receiving products struggled to manage their production resources effectively. The process took a lot of time and was prone to mistakes, making it difficult to monitor material inventory in the warehouses. This sometimes led to production halts due to a lack of materials. With our application, the customer can now easily check production line availability with just one click, significantly reducing errors. The solution involved integrating with their existing ERP system, enabling seamless data synchronization for production planning at the touch of a button.

We assisted a client who deploys project teams internationally for various assembly and engineering tasks. They faced challenges in organizing project teams due to a lack of visibility into worker availability. To address this, we created an application that integrates HR and project management processes. This application provides a centralized view of all projects, documents, and employee information, facilitates quick assignment of employees to projects, and monitors the inventory of equipment in use. With team planning simplified, project managers can now devote their saved time to expanding work opportunities and enhancing client relationships, while the HR department can concentrate on individual career planning and personal discussions.
