We assisted Oncare doctors in swiftly accessing their patients' electronic records from any location. The Challenge: The frequent movement of doctors between hospitals and clinics posed a significant difficulty in acquiring real-time patient information during consultations or when addressing patient inquiries. To tackle this, it was crucial to create a mobile application that enables doctors to review electronic records, laboratory and imaging results, and to write prescriptions and requests for future studies. The Solution: We developed a mobile app that integrates with Oncare's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, offering access to all essential information, including medical history, clinical notes, schedules, vital signs history, laboratory and imaging results, medical prescriptions, note dictation, push notifications, and more. The Outcome: Doctors are now able to efficiently access information in real-time as needed before patient appointments or consultations. There’s no longer a need to log into the Oncare EMR system since everything is consolidated within the mobile app, allowing doctors to find all the answers to their patients' questions in one convenient location.

We assisted Compre Grupo in decreasing the time required to send invoices to their clients, enhancing the order delivery process. The Challenge: The order delivery was traditionally conducted in person, which involved printing a receipt for the driver at the facility, obtaining the customer's signature upon delivery, and then digitizing and uploading the receipt into the ERP system once the driver returned. For out-of-town deliveries, this process could take several hours or even days, which negatively affected invoicing times for customers. The Solution: We created an application for order delivery that is integrated with the company’s centralized system. During delivery, the app collects delivery evidence, logs start and finish times, captures the customer’s digital signature, and allows customers to rate their experience. It also automatically records the delivery coordinates. All this information is synchronized with the web system once the process is completed. The Outcome: Drivers can now efficiently complete deliveries using the app, which automatically updates the ERP system and delivery statuses in real time, significantly shortening invoicing times to just minutes. Drivers have instant access to an overview of pending and completed deliveries, along with their rankings relative to other drivers. They can also view their average customer ratings, enabling them to continuously assess and enhance their performance. Notably, the application functions both online and offline, ensuring it’s available in any operational scenario.

The solution involved a web app that connects with Grupo Unimedical Soluciones' ERP, enabling rapid scanning of numerous products and retrieval of expiration dates and production lot details for tracking. As a result, the warehouse staff at Grupo Unimedical Soluciones can effectively scan and manage the intake and dispatch of hundreds of items, ensuring the traceability demanded by the laboratories. This allows them to accurately track which medications were received by a specific warehouse, as well as details regarding their dispatch times and customers.
