Packaging design for Acalpo brands across

Acalpo

Acalpo, a major company located in Singapore, specializes in palm oil, agricultural commodities, condensed milk, and similar products across multiple nations in Asia and Africa. Their flagship brands include Spade, Mink, and Velik. When they requested packaging designs for Mink and Spade, we were excited and energized by the prospect, thinking, "Africa – here we come." We focused on creating designs that maintained a strong connection between the brand and its products, which impressed the client. Notably, the cheerful dancing cow we used as a mascot for the condensed milk became quite a hit in African markets. At HCF, consistently delivering joy is part of our ethos.

Bringing Alife soap to life, creatively

Alife Soap

We are responsible for overseeing the entire creative direction for Alife, the personal health brand launched by Adani Wilmar (AWL), a joint venture between two prominent business entities in India and Singapore, well-known for their Fortune brand. They decided to enter the FMCG market with Alife soap. Our proposed branding and packaging strategy closely matched their vision, leading us to secure the full creative communication mandate for Alife. Our suggested brand positioning, "Khoobsurati har din," was also validated by market research, resulting in the soap's introduction in select smaller towns across India. With a competitive price and our thoroughly researched promotional efforts, the product was enthusiastically received. When the client opted to accelerate the brand's growth, we took the lead by producing a television commercial featuring Bhumi Pednekar as the brand ambassador, someone who resonates with the target audience from smaller towns. The extension of our creative work to include Alife Sanitizer and Alife Handwash reflects the value we brought to AWL. We are excited about the future as AWL aims to expand significantly in the personal care segment of FMCG. Each day spent working on this brand is a delightful experience. Deliverables include: TVC, brand positioning, packaging design, posters, leaflets, and digital communication.

Spearheading the creative endeavours of Fortune

Fortune

Innovatively enhancing the brand Fortune's success. Claiming pride in our creative partnership with Fortune for over twenty years and since its launch would be an understatement. HCF has been a crucial player in this market. "Premium" transcends mere pricing or product quality; it also requires that the product's packaging design reflects its high-end nature. Having collaborated with numerous premium brands over time, Team HCF possesses ample expertise to tackle such projects. Featuring distinct flavors like Crispy Quinoa & Roasted Almond, Cocoa Rich, Hazelnut, Orange, and Vanilla, Sugar Free D'lite presented us with a fascinating challenge. Since this product targets a specific audience (primarily diabetics), the packaging communication is just as vital as the design — it cannot be treated like an ordinary chocolate brand. With numerous constraints in place, it felt like balancing on a tightrope, but we managed to succeed. Deliverables: Packaging design.
