HELP YOU株式会社

株式会社ニット operates the online outsourcing platform HELP YOU, designed to assist businesses by managing individual tasks through dedicated assistants. The company establishes clear terms governing the rights and duties between itself and users—both individuals and corporations—who register and utilize their services. HELP YOU does not offer services requiring specialized professional advice but focuses on handling business-related support tasks. Users engage with a team of assistants coordinated by the company, with strict provisions ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and responsible management of user data. Registration is subject to approval, and users share mutual liability when accessing services via shared accounts. Compliance with Japanese law underpins their contractual and operational framework, emphasizing professional and ethical conduct throughout their service delivery.
