Board member Igor Mendzebrovsk co-founded SoftServe and transformed it into a prominent Eastern European tech company. At Itera, he managed global operations and founded the IT Association of Ukraine to improve tech education and talent development. Our other team leaders collectively offer over 16 years of expertise in product management, software delivery, DevSecOps, and infrastructure implementation.
