VR and AI: A New Approach to Negotiations

**Introduction** In our fast-paced digital era, artificial intelligence (AI) has become an essential aspect of our daily lives, enhancing our work, educational experiences, and communication abilities. For those who often present projects or negotiate, mastering communication is crucial, and AI technologies can help refine this skill. **Task** Developing strong communication skills has traditionally been a time-intensive challenge, often involving practice methods like rehearsing in front of mirrors or holding imaginary conversations. However, these conventional techniques fall short in today’s environment, where real negotiations and presentations demand swift adaptation and confidence. This gap has created a need for a tool that can quickly and effectively improve communication skills in line with real-world situations. **Solution** Together with CTRL/ART/D, we created a virtual reality (VR) simulator designed to help users develop their interpersonal and business communication skills. This engaging tool replicates actual negotiation scenarios, allowing users to interact with NPC avatars in different settings. They can choose from various environments, including a conference room or an elevator, set the topic of discussion, and adjust the difficulty level. One of the simulator's standout features is its AI-driven ability to generate real-time dialogues. The avatars assess user responses and respond based on a communication model, offering users new experiences with every session and allowing them to practice over 100 different scenarios. Additional functions like voice and motion tracking provide important feedback, enabling users to evaluate their communication development. The VR simulator has wide-ranging applications in various fields, from customer service and sales to employee training, thus streamlining everyday business tasks and improving communication effectiveness.

KSENIASCHNAIDER х adidas Originals

adidas Ukraine

Task This new campaign celebrates the third collaboration between KSENIASCHNAIDER and adidas Originals, featuring a blend of iconic silhouettes with a contemporary design twist. The collection showcases denim, striking details, playful elements, oversized tags and stickers, classic shapes, and vibrant colors. Solution For the photoshoot, we opted for a vibrant minimalist approach to accentuate the layers, cartoon-like features, and details that define the collection. The images are energetic, reflecting the fast-paced lifestyle of those who choose KSENIASCHNAIDER and adidas Originals. We also included some film shots in a street style vibe to present the pieces against the backdrop of the city's "urban jungle," highlighting their bold contrasts. The campaign is fronted by Oleksandra Zaritska, the lead singer of KAZKA, who seamlessly fuses classic and contemporary styles.

Nova Post_Europe Expansion

Nova Post

Goals: Launching NovaPost branches in eight European countries (Poland, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Germany, Rome, Estonia, Latvia, and Slovakia). Approach: Going from local to global. The quickest method involved partnering with Ukrainians who had emigrated due to the conflict. Initially, all outreach was aimed at this group. We leveraged digital communication channels, focusing on browser language preferences and using databases from mobile operators with customers in contact with Ukraine. We connected with Ukrainian expatriate communities. Each branch's inauguration was paired with a localized marketing campaign to initiate shipping from day one and secure immediate profitability. To sustain growth, we needed to engage Ukrainians who had been living in Poland for a long time (and had adjusted their browser settings to local languages), as well as students who had changed their browser preferences but still had ties to their homeland. This highlighted the importance of programmatic advertising and targeting interests linked to Ukraine. We also needed to optimize key search queries not just about delivery but also regarding Ukraine in general, as those interested in Ukraine might also want to send items there. To boost knowledge dissemination, we utilized offline media by placing materials in UN facilities, train stations, and airports in both Polish and Ukrainian. We also invested in targeted ads on major price comparison websites to attract entrepreneurs who export goods, especially to Ukraine. Outcomes: NovaPost is now operational in eight countries and aims to expand into Hungary by the end of the year. In Poland, 33 branches have been opened, with over 20 more planned throughout all countries by year's end.
