Tesco - Brand Asset Management System
**Summary:** Tesco’s Brand team needed a Brand Asset Management (BAM) system to store all marketing assets and digital campaign materials for sharing with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams across various business units. This system functions as a digital library for brand assets, providing access to images, videos, PDFs, tags, graphics, guides, labels, and more, thereby ensuring brand consistency, particularly in digital channels. Tesco chose Haefele Software to create a fully customized system that could be tailored to their specific needs and refined throughout development. A primary goal was to make the system user-friendly so that it would be effectively utilized by internal teams, agencies, and suppliers to maintain brand consistency. After six months of planning and 15 months of development, Haefele delivered a system that now houses over 37,000 digital assets and has more than 3,330 active users, saving Tesco over £600,000 in costs over two years.
