Goal Client was looking for a technology partner to design and develop a repayment module that would help in automizing the credit rating process (an offline process). Engagement Scope of the application was to process customer bank statements and generate credit assessment module (CAM) reports based on pre-defined algorithms. During the initial phase of the engagement, we helped resolve a business-critical problem related to the customer onboarding process and data collection. We worked with Proviso (a third-party service provider) and Client’s relationship manager to identify and isolate issues related to this process. Greypath redesigned and implemented a solution, which resulted in the reduction in customer complaints to zero within 30 business days. Greypath also supported and maintained the applications for the existing business lending products, customer banking analysis, and customer application. As a technology partner, we performed regular analysis of existing products and provided observations/recommendations to the Client’s leadership. Highlights of the process • We worked with their’s technology team to migrate the architecture from MVC to microservices. This migration was driven by Greypath where the product lines were migrated to a .Net Core services and rolled out in phases. • Integrated customer analysis with Salesforce and other accounting softwares like Xero to process the business loans instantly. • Revamped customer application and upgraded banking analysis to keep the system up to date, which included security patches and framework updates. The engagement was from Feb-2018 to Nov 2019. As a part of the handover, Greypath facilitated & led knowledge transfer sessions with client’s technology team.
