Grey Thread Solutions

Grey Thread Solutions is a Managed IT Services Provider located in Edmonton, dedicated to offering customized technology and cybersecurity solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises. Established in 2025 as the successor to TechAlta Network Consulting Ltd. (which began in 2007), we bring nearly 20 years of experience aiding local organizations in confidently navigating technology. We reject the idea of a one-size-fits-all approach to IT; instead, we focus on understanding each client's specific environment, objectives, and challenges. Our offerings range from proactive IT support and cloud services to cybersecurity and strategic consulting, with each solution designed to achieve meaningful business results rather than just technical fixes. Our clients appreciate our timely responses, transparency, and dedication to fostering long-term partnerships. We emphasize security, scalability, and simplicity to ensure that technology serves the business effectively. Whether you're aiming to upgrade your infrastructure, secure your operations, or gain reassurance through expert IT advice, Grey Thread Solutions is committed to helping Edmonton's SMBs thrive in a smarter, safer, and stronger manner.
