MasUno Sales Platform

AB InBev

AB InBev relies on two primary distribution methods to market its products in the southern cone of South America (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, and Chile): selling directly to retailers through its own sales team, or utilizing over 250 distributors who oversee a salesforce of more than 4,000 individuals. To facilitate the digital transformation of the distributors' sales channels, AB InBev engaged Greencode. We developed a comprehensive mobile app for sales personnel to place orders at points of sale and manage various tasks. Greencode collaborated closely with the client to identify the necessary improvements to app features. Using design thinking techniques, we worked alongside them to determine their needs, and with Agile methodology and Scrum practices, we established a prioritized backlog of major tasks to be addressed over multiple years. This involved a team of 14 developers and operations engineers, along with 3 product owners and 3 support analysts. As a result of this initiative, AB InBev's distributors now have access to a completely revamped app that connects via web services to their ERPs. This system includes features such as an Omnichannel Order Management System (OMS), real-time promotions and negotiations, stock tracking, sales planning, sales performance monitoring, PowerBI real-time KPI dashboards, and tailored surveys for points of sale.

Pepsico Rumbo Platform

Pepsico

PepsiCo utilizes two primary distribution channels to sell its products in the Southern Cone of South America (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Chile): directly to vendors through its own sales team or via over 170 distributors who employ more than 2,500 sales personnel. To ensure these distributors align with the company's global standards, PepsiCo engaged Greencode to gather data on their internal operations. We created a comprehensive web and mobile app for conducting monthly surveys for each distributor, and designated "super auditors" to review and amend survey responses. Additionally, we included a built-in issue tracker to monitor action items assigned to third-party distributors to help them meet corporate standards. In our approach, Greencode collaborated closely with PepsiCo to identify improvements for the app's functionality. Utilizing design thinking methodologies, we worked together to clarify the client's needs, employing Agile practices and Scrum techniques to prioritize development tasks, creating a multi-year backlog managed by a team of five developers and operations engineers, one product owner, and two support analysts. As a result, PepsiCo's distributors now have access to a new centralized platform that consolidates the entire history of audit questions and answers across multiple countries and over 170 distributors, providing the company with a streamlined way to achieve its objectives.
