I am a Co-Founder of a technology consulting firm. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What projects or services prompted your company to partner with Graffersid, and what were your objectives? We sought their assistance in developing an online video teaching platform that enables educators to conduct classes and assessments online. **SOLUTION** How did you choose Graffersid and what influenced your decision? I met the founder, Sidharth, at an entrepreneurship meetup and was intrigued by the solutions his company offered. After several meetings to better understand their team and processes, we decided to collaborate with them on one of our projects. Can you detail the scope of work, including project steps, key deliverables, and technologies utilized? One of our clients aimed to develop a web-based video learning platform, and we intended to create a minimum viable product (MVP) to test the market, which led us to Graffersid. We began with discussions to grasp the concept and project scope. Following the kickoff meeting, their team produced a complete wireframe illustrating the system's flow. How many people from the vendor's team collaborated with you, and what were their roles? We worked with a team of three: a project manager, a full-stack developer proficient in Node.js and Angular, and a UI/UX designer. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you share any measurable outcomes from the project or general feedback on the deliverables? After the launch, the initial response was somewhat slow due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but in our field, engagement is increasing, and the client is satisfied with the MVP. So far, feedback from beta users has been positive. There were iterations based on feedback, and once the flow was finalized, we formally signed off on the work scope and proceeded to the design and development phase. They provided a clear delivery schedule upfront and ensured we received regular updates on progress and any dependencies. Describe their project management approach, including communication methods and timelines. We utilized email and Skype for daily communication and stand-up meetings, while project management was conducted using Freedcamp. We received an initial timeline with deliverables, and the team adhered to that schedule. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What stood out to me was their thorough approach to defining requirements; they outlined the entire platform flow upfront, giving us a clear vision of the final product. This clarity helped save significant time by minimizing back-and-forth during development. Are there any areas for improvement or suggestions for what they could have done differently? I haven't identified any major areas for improvement based on our collaboration. If I had to mention something, it would be that their services might be slightly pricier, but the quality justifies the expense.
