We developed a website for Lumo Houses to establish a presence in the European real estate sector. By integrating a well-organized database of prefab models with an efficient SEO engine, we achieved extensive visibility in various languages without incurring significant advertising costs. **The Challenge** As a new player in the real estate arena, Lumo Houses needed to attract serious buyers without relying on paid advertising. This data was ultimately integrated into WordPress with the WP Webhooks Plugin. - **Programmatic SEO:** Leveraging the structured database and AI, we created pages programmatically to target long-tail keywords. - **Localized Content:** We implemented a content strategy across various European languages to capture local search traffic while ensuring technical accuracy. A website for solar installation

Our involvement involved transitioning the brand from Wix to a modular WordPress platform. While Wix was suitable for initial stages, it quickly became a constraint on their expansion. We proposed moving to WordPress not only for its features but also to offer them the ownership and adaptability necessary for long-term growth. Our tasks included: Web Design: Collaborating with the client to develop a professional visual identity that aligns with the brand's expertise. Technical Integration: Establishing a WordPress site to facilitate their growth across various regions, including the integration of an existing solar calculator to allow leads to quickly estimate their projects. Performance Marketing: Implementing targeted Google Ads campaigns to attract high-intent traffic directly to the new platform. The Outcomes: A scalable lead-generation system. The end result is a professional, high-performance platform that delivers a continuous flow of qualified leads to REI Solar. By merging a tailored technical framework with performance marketing, the company effectively evolved from a static online presence to a dynamic tool that drives its core business.

Merging a WooCommerce and a Shopify store

Kambium Kyburz

When two brands with distinct identities choose to merge into one, challenges arise from having two brands, two websites, two technologies, and two product lines. This was the task posed to us by the founders of Kambium Möbel and Kyburz Made, who aimed to combine their strengths under a unified brand while streamlining their online presence and continuing to emphasize high-quality furniture made in Basel. Each brand had its own website—one built on WordPress with WooCommerce, and the other on Shopify. After assessing their requirements, we found that Shopify was the preferred option due to its scalability, strong e-commerce capabilities, and user-friendly management. For the solution, we decided to maintain the existing Shopify theme and refine it for a more polished appearance, focusing on minimalism to highlight their exquisitely crafted products as the new brand was still establishing its identity. Regarding technical integration, our skills were crucial in navigating the project's challenges. We set up a test environment, which Shopify made easy to create and manage. Using an app, content syncing between environments was streamlined. We also developed custom functionalities by utilizing a GitHub-hosted theme with version control, which facilitated smooth collaboration and updates. During the domain migration, we meticulously redirected URLs, updated email addresses, and ensured that SEO rankings and organic traffic remained stable throughout the transition. In terms of data and content migration, transferring products from WooCommerce to Shopify involved some manual effort, but the Matrixify tool made the process much simpler. This tool was also employed to migrate content from the test environment to the live site.
