AI Travel Planner Built On Bubble

**Introduction** At the beginning of 2023, with the launch of ChatGPT, we embarked on an ambitious project. We conceptualized, designed, and built an AI travel planner in just five days. As soon as it was released, it gained significant attention on Twitter, attracting 5,000 users right away and being highlighted in prominent AI newsletters like Ben's Bites and Not A Bot. **The Opportunity** Organizing a vacation can often be a stressful, time-consuming, and overwhelming experience. Our goal was to harness the latest advancements in AI to provide a seamless and enjoyable user experience for planning travels. **Design Process** It was crucial for us to quickly create a solution that surpassed ChatGPT. We concentrated on designing intuitive and engaging interfaces that would efficiently deliver the information users sought while also generating excitement about their upcoming trips. **Development Process** We built the web app on Bubble by implementing the Figma designs. Throughout the process, we continuously refined our prompts and linked Bubble to OpenAI, enabling users to receive their travel plans within minutes.

We created a mobile application for BunkerEx that allows their core team to save 10 hours each week that would otherwise be spent manually updating customers about their orders, while also improving the order experience for users. **The Opportunity** BunkerEx provides technological solutions for the energy and maritime sectors. They faced challenges due to the excessive time spent informing customers about their order statuses and sending relevant documents, which resulted in a subpar user experience. They approached Goodspeed with the need to design and implement a mobile app that could seamlessly integrate with their private database to keep clients informed about their orders. **Design Process** Since the primary users were not particularly tech-savvy, it was crucial to create an app that was both simple and intuitive. We began with low-fidelity wireframes and maintained a close feedback loop with both the client and their customers. With an emphasis on simplicity, we progressed to high-fidelity designs. **Development** We built the mobile app using Bubble, making it accessible on both the App Store and Play Store. To ensure privacy and automate order status updates directly from Google Sheets, we utilized Zapier to connect their private data.
