Hidrent: Supporting off-duty heroes

Hidrent

GoGrow collaborated with the founding team of Hidrent to develop two applications that link firefighters with homeowners in need of assistance. The first application, Hidrent, enables local residents to offer support to firefighters by specifying payment for the tasks required. Firefighters who wish to participate receive notifications and can choose to accept proposals via the second application, Hidrent Pro. Responding firefighters will select jobs based on their skills and availability. Once a proposal is accepted, both parties can communicate through the app to finalize arrangements. Hidrent has received excellent reviews from users, being recognized as a highly effective service. With a growing number of downloads, it gained significant attention from major media outlets such as Fox, Yahoo Finance, and CNBC. Our team became the engineering partner for Hidrent, leading to our longest continuous collaboration. Together, we have accomplished significant milestones, including securing a Seed funding round and appearing on the popular American television show, Shark Tank.

Builtfirst: Community based marketplaces

Builtfirst

Builtfirst is a platform designed for startups to discover the best SaaS solutions at competitive prices, reducing startup costs and extending their financial runway. What began as a minimum viable product (MVP) has quickly evolved into a primary channel for startup collaborations. With numerous venture capital firms and founder communities participating, over 200 SaaS providers offer discounted deals to a large pool of founders eager to purchase through the platform. GoGrow created a web application from the ground up using React and Ruby on Rails, successfully scaling the team to eight developers. In early 2022, we pivoted from being an internal project to offering staff augmentation services. The team continues to expand as we close a seed funding round, and we are assisting Builtfirst throughout this process. The foundation of this partnership is built on mutual trust and a dependable team, which are our most valuable assets.

Nayya: Employee benefits navigation tool

Nayya

They were looking for a dependable tech partner to strengthen their development team, which is when we stepped in. Nayya is a platform for managing and enhancing insurance benefits that tackles challenges in health plans. It employs AI and data science to customize how employees select and utilize their current benefits. By harnessing billions of diverse datasets, Nayya simplifies the benefits decision-making process for users. We integrated our team to help expand their development capabilities, growing from just a few developers to over seven engineers working on Nayya's internal projects. Our efforts brought top-tier talent to their development team, leading to significant growth.
