Damka Systems

The success of a business hinges not just on the concept but on the individuals behind it. Dmitry Sandratsky, the founder of Damka Systems, is a prime example of this principle. With years of experience in B2B services within the restaurant sector, he aimed to revolutionize how customers order through interactive interfaces and user panels. Initially focused on enhancing interactions between diners and restaurant owners in his home country, Dmitry aimed to establish a completely new ecosystem for international markets. In April 2023, Damka partnered with Go Interactive as their main software development partner, and our collaboration has produced remarkable outcomes. A committed team in Ukraine has been involved throughout the process, comprising: (a) a Senior+ Back-end Java developer; (b) a Senior+ Front-end React Developer; (c) a Junior+ Front-end React Programmer; (d) a Senior UI/UX designer, all supported by a Project Manager. Achievements include: 1. The core of this initiative is an advanced management system that enables entrepreneurs to manage all aspects of their restaurant interfaces. This all-in-one solution allows owners to control specific storefronts, operate multiple kiosks at once, adjust product offerings and menus, establish pricing and payment options, and create promotional deals or discounts, all while tracking food inventory. Additionally, administrators can add or manage user accounts and generate various reports from anywhere through our Points-of-Sale System. 2. We designed an intuitive interface for customer kiosks, simplifying the purchasing and payment process. This makes it easier for first-time visitors to become loyal customers, even if they sign up as "club members." Customers can effortlessly browse food and drink selections, read descriptions, customize sizes or quantities, choose between dining in or taking out, and complete their orders quickly.

Brite Nites (a US holiday lightning company)

BriteNites serves as a prime illustration of a family-owned business that has evolved from the craftsmanship of a single individual into a national company in the US. Originally based in Murray, this comprehensive lighting and holiday decor firm quickly expanded its services throughout various counties in Utah and now operates in over 10 states across the country. As Brite Nites continues to extend its services nationwide, the need for an efficient online platform capable of handling both residential and commercial projects has arisen. Previous endeavors to collaborate with outsourcing vendors were unsuccessful, prompting Brite Nites management to enlist the help of the 'Go Interactive' development team in 2021. Our dedicated team of Ukrainian developers was tasked with building a new business management platform from the ground up. HERE'S WHAT OUR TEAM ACHIEVED: 1. Developed a Point of Sales system to facilitate sales, appointment scheduling, and business account management, enabling company representatives to create orders, assist clients, and manage their schedules effectively. 2. Created a comprehensive management solution that includes job scheduling, summaries, comparisons of planned versus actual work time, and tracking of vehicles and equipment. 3. Implemented an extensive inventory management system for products and packages. 4. Designed an advanced reporting system covering various areas such as transactions, inventory, driving times, task calendars, and sales performance, which is essential for monitoring the company’s operational efficiency. 5. Assisted in the development of an HR system that enhances employee cohesion across different locations. 6. Our DevOps team ensures the data security and smooth functioning of the Brite Nites management platform from any location, including storage and hosting needs.

TRIPIUM (a US based vacation experience Vendor)

For the past eight years, Tripium and Go Interactive have successfully partnered by utilizing a dedicated team of Ukrainian developers. This collaboration has allowed the Missouri-based company in Branson to greatly improve its offerings, having created more than 40 websites and a functional platform for hotel owners and leisure agencies. Tripium and Go Interactive share a mutual dedication to developing user-friendly solutions year after year. In 2015, Tripium sought the expertise of our hardworking Ukrainian team to expand their primary product, Tripium, which delivers advanced marketing solutions to hotel owners, tour operators, shows, and campgrounds. 1. Go Interactive improved the UI/UX design of existing products and created new systems and tools, including websites, internal processes, and admin panels. 2. We designed and launched 40 fully functional websites for Tripium and their clients, featuring online payment processing and order management capabilities. 3. The Point of Sale (POS) division is particularly notable, providing advanced yet user-friendly website technology that helps agents handle guest vacations and bookings. 4. The Vendor System acts as a central platform that efficiently oversees POS operations and serves as a comprehensive administrative tool to manage schedules, availability, allotments, and pricing policies. 5. Go Interactive has enabled seamless integration with essential services like Priceline, Galaxy Connect, Clover, and Get Your Guide, along with payment systems such as Axia and Clover. 6. The DevOps responsibilities are expertly managed by a Ukrainian team, collaborating with various server providers including Hetzner in Europe and AWS in the USA. 7. We also support Tripium in performing market research and identifying competitive strategies for launching new products.
