Car One, a company focused on the automotive industry with a strong foothold in LATAM, sought a comprehensive solution to enhance communication with their customers throughout the entire business relationship—from considering becoming customers to becoming loyal brand advocates. They aimed to boost transparency and traceability of information while digitizing internal processes for better operational efficiency. We accepted the challenge of developing a solution that not only addressed the client's needs but also exceeded their expectations. We created a full-service mobile application for customers, alongside a back-office platform for managing internal operations. The project faced numerous challenges, with the most significant being the creation of around eight integrations, including technologies like machine learning, OpenAI, financial gateways, and connections with CRMs and ERPs to ensure seamless interoperability. It was crucial to maintain data integrity and reliability across the platform during these integrations. One+ is a platform designed for comprehensive management of dealership customer communication, aimed at optimizing time and eliminating unnecessary management efforts for both customers and salespeople. The app facilitates the buying and selling of new and used vehicles (handling payments, workshop scheduling, customer interactions, etc.) and offers numerous after-sales services (like workshop bookings, service updates, real-time vehicle status notifications, and more). Additionally, it provides useful features for the general public, such as instant notifications of vehicle fines, maps showing nearby gas stations, and other centralized, practical information. This solution significantly enhanced the experience for both Car One and its customers, with the trust that Car One placed in the GlobalUY team being essential throughout the process.
