Customer Kaunt is a leading fintech company that assists finance departments in leveraging AI to automate their Accounts Payable processes. The company integrates its proprietary AI solution into clients' existing technology stacks, ensuring that access to AI is independent of current systems. **Task:** Establish a connection between the partner's AI-driven platform (Accounts Payable solution) and MS Business Central (including older versions like NAV 2017/2018, BC13, etc.) to efficiently transfer ERP data and enable the collaboration of machine learning and AI. **Main Challenges:** - Support our partner in the transition and implementation of Business Central as the new system. - Create a connector for the Business Central cloud version to allow machine learning and AI to utilize the relevant ERP data for financial forecasting. - Modify the newly developed connector to be compatible with the OCR plugin integrated into NAV/BC. **Solution:** 1. Our experts provided consulting on MS Business and developed the project architecture while overseeing quality assurance. 2. To streamline the manual Accounts Payable processes and leverage AI within Business Central, our team created a connector that facilitates interaction between the partner’s AI cloud platform and the newly implemented MS BC. This connector enables the processing of essential business data for machine learning algorithms, making operations more data-driven. Our solution automates the population of relevant data for purchase documents, built on a series of API calls that allow the AI algorithm to provide accurate recommendations for BC users. We developed 23 API calls to enhance the information exchange between Business Central and Kaunt’s AI platform, which also optimizes the machine learning algorithms for improved financial forecasting. 3. To broaden machine learning capabilities, we ensured that the connector is compatible with various BC versions and Continia Document Capture. As a result, data from scanned invoices is seamlessly transferred to Business Central and subsequently to the partner's cloud system for analysis and assessment of financial parameters.

The company is at the forefront of innovative technology in prosthetics and bracing & supports, dedicated to enhancing individuals' mobility for a Life Without Limitations. Challenge: Össur sought to sharpen its strategic focus and decided to outsource daily ERP system support. The primary challenges included: ● Delivering effective solutions to minimize the backlog of support tickets. ● Continuously improving the user experience across various geographic locations, ERP modules, and categories. ● Configuring and managing global user access levels. ● Facilitating integrations with third-party systems using NAV. ● Supporting the ongoing upgrade of the ERP system from NAV to Business Central 19. Solution: 1. Business consultants assist system users with account configurations that do not require code changes, while software engineers address technical issues involving complex solutions for Business Central development and software integrations. 2. Errors related to geographic locations, clinic NAV modules, user access rights, account management, and the approval of internal NAV processes are resolved promptly. 3. Support engineers help the internal control team manage user access to sensitive financial data within the ERP system. 4. The team has established a process to address errors flagged by the system through alerts and continuously monitors the internal alert system. The QA and development teams are currently assisting with the upgrade from NAV 2017 to Business Central 19, ensuring smooth integrations with third-party applications. 5. Once the ERP system is upgraded to Business Central 19, support for both NAV 2017 and Business Central 19 will continue to fall under the team's responsibilities.

OVO-Vision provides a tracking and tracing system designed to meet the specific needs of the egg sector. Task: The goal was to develop a business application based on the ERP solution for the egg and poultry industry, enabling the functionality of Business Central to be accessed via mobile devices. Main Challenges: - Integrate the Business Central environment within the mobile app in a user-friendly manner. - Streamline the routine process for data collection and recording for frontline users. - Customize the app’s structure for individual client needs by adding specific units such as barns and flocks. - Optimize the cost structure associated with Microsoft licensing. Solution: 1. Transitioned from a traditional paper-based record collection to a smartphone application created with Power Apps, serving as the primary entry point for all field data. 2.
