The primary objective was to create an ERP system aimed at automating the client's IT operations. The essential requirements consisted of developing: * a straightforward tool for managing workflow tasks within the organization; * a system to monitor working hours; * a scheduler for assigning tasks to specific team members; * an invoicing system for automatic client billing. We built a system that features modules for: * creating, modifying, and deleting projects associated with clients; * handling company employee profiles, including creation, modification, and deletion; * scheduling tasks using integrated tools based on Kanban and Scrum project management methodologies; * generating invoices that are automatically tied to projects and sent to clients; * facilitating chats and video calls; * integrating calendars;

Remwaste - CRM system for waste management

Remwaste

REM Waste, a UK-based company, specializes in Skip Hire environmental services, offering waste removal for garbage, construction debris, household items, furniture, and more. The company has expanded into a network, collaborating with suppliers throughout the UK and providing a diverse array of transport options. Over 700 businesses and households have already become clients of REM Waste. Their services are particularly sought after in the construction, manufacturing, and demolition sectors, as well as other industries that produce substantial waste which, under UK regulations, cannot be disposed of in a skip. REM Waste needed a new CRM system to automate their business processes, as their previous system was inadequate and lacked scalability. We were tasked with creating comprehensive software capable of overseeing the entire customer interaction cycle and managing the corporate client database. In response to REM Waste's requirements, we developed a cloud-based SaaS solution tailored for the UK market, along with a CRM system for internal operations. This system enables managers to track order statuses, receive notifications for new quotes, generate invoices, plan routes, compile accounting reports, monitor orders in real-time, and send order confirmations via SMS.

Artoui - web-platform for artists and buyers

ARTOUI is a German company that specializes in creating custom artworks using high-quality materials. It collaborates with both established and emerging artists, linking them with potential buyers, while also assisting art enthusiasts in finding unique keepsakes. The company commissioned us to design a website that facilitates communication between artists and art lovers, allowing artists to showcase and sell their work and enabling buyers to purchase pieces they admire. Additionally, the site is designed for users to like artworks, curate a collection of their favorite pieces, and create an account. In the course of this project, we developed CRM and E-commerce platforms tailored to the ARTOUI website, featuring: * an administrative panel and navigation bar; * a gallery of artworks and a catalog of materials; * a list of artists with sorting options; * an order form for individual products; * a platform for artists to market their work; * multiple payment methods; * personal financial activity statistics; * and the option for refunds.
