Knight – Stack Jump is a hyper-casual mobile game developed by Game-Ace, suitable for players of all ages and preferences. This title marks Game-Ace’s inaugural venture into the hyper-casual gaming sector, featuring an entirely new gameplay style. It also provided our team with an excellent opportunity to explore new mechanics, test innovative ideas, and create a reference product. In the game, players take on the role of a courageous knight on a mission to save a lovely princess. The action unfolds in a fantasy realm filled with castles, kings, and mythical beings such as goblins and dragons. The visuals are vibrant, and the thematic backgrounds perfectly enhance the thrill of a fast-paced adventure. The gameplay mechanics are straightforward: the knight starts on a single tower block and must jump to land on incoming blocks as they approach. Despite its simple concept, several intriguing features were incorporated to enhance the game's dynamics and player engagement: new blocks approach the knight at varying speeds, requiring players to be alert and precise to avoid jumping too early or too late. Players can earn extra coins by landing on new blocks at the right moment, hitting a special gold block, or collecting bonuses from a passing goblin. In terms of outcomes, beyond simply completing and launching the app, our project has yielded several positive results: we made a strong entry into the hyper-casual gaming market, the game was downloaded by numerous players in its first week, we developed a functioning game within a short time frame and a small team, monetization features were effectively integrated, and cross-platform support was added for wider accessibility.
