Roman Catholic High School

With a rich history spanning centuries and a strong community spirit, visiting Philadelphia’s Roman Catholic High School offers a unique experience. However, as the COVID-19 pandemic emerged in the spring of 2020, the school's admissions team faced the challenge of showcasing the campus to prospective students and their families while ensuring safety. FVM stepped in to create a digital representation of an in-person visit. The goal was to produce a polished and professional showcase that would allow Roman to compete with other private and preparatory secondary schools in the region. After researching and presenting various options, including 360-degree photography and student testimonials, FVM and Roman opted for a hybrid strategy. Our team developed a dedicated virtual tour on the existing Roman website, highlighting the school’s facilities and programs. We enhanced the tour with high-quality photos and videos of the locations and the students who engage with them. Visitors can navigate through each building at their own pace, gaining insights into the school as well as experiencing its distinctive community and atmosphere. Veseris Podcast Series

Veseris

Veseris, a leading distributor of structural pest control in North America, sought to promote its industry experts through new content. The company has been running PartnerAdvantage, an annual marketing initiative that allows product suppliers to sponsor various materials such as webpages, training courses, and newsletters. By refreshing this content, Veseris aimed to create new marketing avenues while connecting clients with their knowledgeable team. FVM proposed and assisted in launching a podcast that would offer industry insights, practical advice, and the latest updates from top pest management professionals. This podcast would not only open up new sponsorship possibilities but also connect with a younger generation of technicians who often spend long hours driving between job sites. With an extensive archive of quality content already available, there was ample material to convert into audio format. In just three months, FVM established a complete podcast identity and developed a process, delivering a variety of assets to help Veseris grow its audience and sustain engagement.

WCU Foundation Messaging Framework & Website

West Chester University Foundation

Unlike brands that focus on marketing products and services, the West Chester University Foundation aims to encourage various groups to appreciate the importance of selflessness and philanthropy. To achieve this, they need to clearly and consistently communicate their mission, the beneficiaries of their efforts, and how audiences can participate and witness the outcomes. A significant aspect of effective storytelling is understanding these diverse audiences, each with different levels of familiarity with the Foundation and its goals. Every message must consider the perspectives and concerns of donors, particularly on the WCUF website. In an exemplary collaboration that involved a thorough exploration of the donor experience, FVM and WCUF closely developed a Messaging Framework tailored to various audiences, including: • Alumni, friends, and family • Corporations and organizations • University faculty and Foundation staff • University-affiliated entities • Current students This framework recognized the subtle distinctions in how to engage each group, addressing their inquiries and providing compelling reasons to support the University’s mission. Concrete examples of tailored messaging for each audience were included, along with carefully crafted personality and tone guidelines. The next phase involved the WCUF website, where we confidently applied these new messaging insights, grounded in our thorough understanding of the donor experience. Beyond the strategic vision for the site, our web development team faced the unique task of incorporating an existing platform (Blackbaud) into the new design to facilitate donation capabilities and donor tracking. FVM successfully established a seamless integration with Blackbaud while creating a new WordPress site that showcased compelling storytelling informed by our messaging framework. Through a meticulous planning process that included content hierarchies, copy development, wireframes, and design, FVM delivered the project on time, within budget, and aligned with the messaging goals. www.wcufoundation.org
