About the Team

OUR STORY

Our Journey Our team welcomes the challenges of your business to provide effective solutions. We are convinced that design should not merely serve to enhance our appearance, but should instead create a positive experience for users. By combining practical research, extensive experience, and genuine empathy, we identify both hidden and expressed needs to fulfill our commitment to prioritize individuals as human beings, rather than just users. Our client list is intentionally kept small and steady, allowing us to focus on those we work with.

Hyatt Hotels - Modular Multi-brand Design System

Hyatt

Hyatt Hotels features twelve distinct property brands with over 700 locations. They required a design system that enabled each property website to be constructed from a shared foundation while maintaining a unique brand identity. Currently implemented across Hyatt properties: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/hotel/new-york/park-hyatt-new-york/nycph // https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/hotel/arizona/hyatt-place-tucson-airport/tusza. Through user research, Fuzzy Math assisted Hyatt in creating a robust information architecture and content strategy that accommodates all property types and engages users throughout their customer journey. We delivered a comprehensive UX design system featuring modular components and templates for each brand, and collaborated closely with their development team as an ongoing design resource during the rollout of the redesigned property websites. Results:

GE Healthcare - Flexible R & D partner

Unknown

As one of the exclusive UX partners of GE Healthcare, we assessed more than twenty existing enterprise applications and contributed to the research and design of ten new applications across twelve projects. This collaboration allowed GE Healthcare to confirm concepts, foster product innovation, enhance current offerings, and improve their enterprise design system. Our efforts impacted products in clinical practices and hospital administration for health systems in the U.S. and abroad. Results:

SAP Fieldglass - Full-service Enterprise UX Design Team

Unknown

Fuzzy Math collaborated with Fieldglass for more than 4.5 years to enhance their product through strategic development and design. We employed design research to assist product teams in shifting from merely responding to feedback to understanding underlying issues and recognizing how adjustments could influence their wide-ranging customer base. Throughout our partnership, we supported Fieldglass in delivering regular product improvements and comprehensive feature overhauls, introducing new functionalities, innovating to create new products and services, and establishing design and accessibility standards within the company. A notable innovation was the design of one of Fieldglass's inaugural native mobile applications, which allows hiring managers to easily review and approve time and expenses from any location.
