TrustMark sought an IT partner to implement new service features and modify the API interface. Following initial tests and a full project takeover, we rebuilt the service, resolved issues, and scheduled the live product migration to occur outside of UK business hours. The timeline was critical, with the majority of the work needing to be completed within 20 days, up to the live migration. Our expertise with Cloud (Azure) and effective collaboration during the design phase led to discussions about a technology partnership, focusing on new service features, API updates, and migrating the entire infrastructure to a new Azure subscription.

Future Processing and ITV collaborated to develop a significant new version of the Planet V ad management platform. We provided two cross-functional development teams that worked alongside two ITV teams, utilizing a shared backlog. This approach allowed us to function as a unified product team without dividing responsibilities related to the platform's architecture, modules, or components. Additionally, the client team included Product, UX, and Platform teams. The pilot version of the updated Planet V was launched on November 14, 2022, enabling initial users to test the platform and provide feedback. Development has continued into 2023. From the outset, ITV emphasized the importance of a unified team culture, and the entire team has successfully embraced this, resulting in a positive perception of the Future Processing team by the client.

As the oldest university press in the world, Cambridge University Press is dedicated to disseminating knowledge globally. Operating under Cambridge University Press & Assessment, the Press sought assistance in January 2020 to enhance the capabilities of its Academic technology team, specifically to improve its advanced software development and digital product offerings. They were looking for a knowledgeable advisor open to suggesting innovative approaches. Over time, experts from Future Processing became influential in transforming existing systems and creating new ones. Together, they are investigating new areas for collaboration, such as Site Reliability Engineering and User Experience Design. Future Processing’s engineers continue to support and develop processes and coding across various platforms to maintain responsiveness, stability, and user-friendliness, thus enhancing the user experience. The partnership has enabled the Press to adapt to the evolving needs of its customers and the demands of the dynamic digital landscape by developing new products and services. Collaborating closely with Future Processing has allowed the Press to actualize its concepts, creating and refining platforms tailored to its mission and the shifting needs of its clientele. The Press has also gained valuable expertise, with the team providing specialized guidance throughout various projects. Future Processing contributed numerous technical skills which, as industry experts, helped the Press leverage opportunities in software development and enhance its search engine capabilities.
