Brand Transformation - SAR 28M to SAR 150M Growth
Abraak International, a contracting and trading company located in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, had completed projects worth SAR 28 million but lacked the necessary branding framework to expand. Without a website, inconsistent marketing materials, and a basic PowerPoint presentation serving as their company overview, they struggled to secure enterprise-level contracts. Fundamentally Content provided a comprehensive brand overhaul that redefined Abraak as a credible, multi-division organization.
**STRATEGY & POSITIONING**
We developed a detailed brand strategy that articulated Abraak's value proposition across five divisions: Contracting, Trading, Engineering, Robotics & Automation, and Cybersecurity. Each division was assigned specific messaging, audience targeting, and verbal identity guidelines to maintain consistency in all communications.
**VISUAL IDENTITY SYSTEM**
We created a scalable logo system featuring divisional lockups and unique color schemes for each division (using tech blues for Cybersecurity, metallics for Trading, and industrial hues for Engineering and Contracting), along with professional typography and modular icons. This identity combined industrial reliability with a modern feel.
**DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE**
We launched Abraak's first website using WordPress and Elementor, incorporating dedicated landing pages for each division, SEO-optimized content, and enhancements for speed and scalability.
**ENTERPRISE COLLATERAL**
The deliverables included tailored profiles and brochures for each division, prequalification documents for government and enterprise tenders, over 20 standardized project sheets, proposal templates, pitch decks, and business cards.
**RESULTS**
Since the rebranding effort, Abraak's project value surged from SAR 28 million to more than SAR 150 million, including a notable SAR 50 million project. The cohesive brand system facilitated quicker vendor registrations, streamlined enterprise negotiations, and established Abraak as a credible and future-ready multi-division organization.
