Remote health assessment service

Medical group

**Task:** A prominent clinic focused on men's health engaged us to create a telemedicine portal. The primary challenge was that many men hesitate to consult a doctor in person regarding sensitive health concerns. It was crucial to address the need for confidentiality and the preference for remote consultations without visiting the clinic. **Solution:** Utilizing the .Net platform as the core backend technology, we created an API for the clinic's web portal and mobile app. Lab test results are obtained through a third-party integrated API and quickly forwarded to the attending physician. Patients can access consultations via video calls with doctors and can order necessary medications directly from the website. We also integrated a payment system, enabled PDF prescription generation, and included a messaging feature. The web portal's front end was developed using React, while a mobile application with limited functionality was created using Xamarin, allowing users to view test results, the latest prescriptions from their doctors, and receive notifications about medication delivery. **Impact:** Within months of its launch, the telemedicine portal allowed the clinic to assist thousands of patients remotely, reducing in-person visits by over 40%. The automation of prescription generation and reminders significantly decreased administrative burdens, while the smooth digital experience enhanced patient retention and satisfaction.

AI education platform

NF&C

Task: The client tasked us with creating a platform designed to assist students in their exam preparation. A significant aspect of this platform will be an AI assistant that develops study schedules, evaluates students' knowledge through texts, and produces summaries of uploaded materials, emphasizing the key points. Solution: Utilizing .NET Core and React as our primary technologies, we built a comprehensive system that fulfills all the client's specifications. Students can upload relevant literature and indicate their exam date, after which they receive a detailed daily study plan, various assessments to gauge their understanding, material summaries, and additional resources. Depending on their chosen option, students can use either a ChatGPT-based assistant or a proprietary model we developed. Furthermore, we incorporated a payment system, the ability to annotate study materials, and the opportunity to take notes during lectures, among other features. Impact: The platform realized the client's vision by launching a contemporary AI-driven educational system that quickly became popular among university and high school students throughout Europe. Learners were able to prepare for exams more efficiently through personalized study plans, automated assessments, and intelligent summaries, while educators benefited from a dependable tool that enhanced engagement and streamlined digital learning.

Biometric payment system for transport and retail

Unknown

**Task**: A prominent bank sought to improve its existing live biometric payment system for retail and metro services. The main challenge was twofold: ensuring the platform's stability and security under increased demand while fostering its development. This involved partnering with large-scale entities, such as a metro's facial recognition system and the national payment infrastructure, as well as creating new features, including regaining control of user onboarding by migrating all users from a third-party service and implementing a direct account linking feature in the bank's application. **Solution**: We delivered thorough backend support and development for the entire biometric payment ecosystem. This entailed maintaining and optimizing the core platform, integrating it with essential external systems such as the national payment network, the facial recognition technology, and anti-fraud services. We also introduced new functionalities, including a proprietary digital signature service to replace a third-party provider, along with new transaction flows and security enhancements to broaden the system's capabilities and ensure its secure operation. **Impact**: Our efforts significantly improved the stability, efficiency, and strategic control of the biometric payment system. By developing a strong, proprietary digital signature service to substitute an unreliable third-party vendor, we eliminated frequent service outages that disrupted payments and registrations, ensured continuous system uptime, and reduced related licensing costs by about 30% annually. This foundational stability, along with important integrations like the national payment infrastructure (NSPK) and the metro's facial recognition system, guaranteed the high availability and security necessary for processing millions of transactions. These upgrades and new user-oriented features contributed to a 35% rise in new user registrations and a steady increase in transaction volume throughout the year.
