The Viessmann Service Portal is a mobile application that replicates the functionalities of the Viessmann installers' and service organizations' personal web offices. It operates offline and includes additional features. The primary goal of the app's creation was to enable contractors to log their work in the system while on the go. Users can enter job details on-site, even without an internet connection. The app provides several features: 1) A cross-platform design compatible with the Viessmann contractor website 2) Offline work registration capability 3) A barcode scanning feature for equipment serial number identification 4) Automatic customer address input through device geolocation detection 5) An added step in the registration process with a technical questionnaire for the equipment 6) The generation of an electronic startup certificate in PDF format based on the technical questionnaire.
