About the Team

OUR STORY

Freevision began in 2006 when its founders, then students, secured their first client contract under unique circumstances at Slovak Technical University. Initially managing the advanced e-shop for the EdHardy brand, their passion for collaboration led to the formation of the Freevision brand. Today, the studio comprises nine dedicated members committed to crafting cutting-edge mobile and web applications that are both user-friendly and secure. Beyond technical expertise, Freevision values its strong team culture, fostering an environment filled with camaraderie and joy. This blend of professionalism and personal connection drives their success and enthusiasm in developing innovative solutions. They welcome collaboration and actively seek talented individuals to join their journey.

ProGrocery

Unknown

We developed a customized user interface for our American client ProGrocery that helps users navigate the ordering process. This design significantly reduces time and costs for both the company and its customers by minimizing the potential for human mistakes.

An App to Buy a Bus Ticket and Modernize a Company

Unknown

The Slovakian bus company has been thriving since 1949 and currently employs 340 drivers across various routes. While its previous smartphone ticketing app wasn't as old, it definitely felt outdated. Travelers arriving at Schwechat Airport needed a simpler way to reach Vienna, but the app's user interface was not very intuitive, making it difficult to persuade current customers to transition from paper tickets. Additionally, it failed to draw in new users. As a result, freevision was tasked with developing a completely new ticketing app with a modern design and an easy-to-use interface.

Update the company’s CRM to increase efficiency, monitoring, customer retention and sales

Unknown

DPD provides parcel delivery services nationwide and internationally for online retailers, telecom companies, insurance firms, banks, and small businesses globally, with its distinctive red box logo often seen on vehicles. The Slovak division of the company reached out to us because, like all logistics operations, their business depends significantly on the performance of its CRM system, which was inadequate for their needs. We decided to implement a robust system called RescoCRM, developed by the Slovakian firm Resco, to serve as the foundation for the new main sales CRM. We tailored RescoCRM to align perfectly with DPD’s current processes for sales, customer acquisition, and retention, and we also linked it to their international billing and parcel delivery systems.
