TrophySmack: Small Team Status, Big League Material

**270% Sales Increase, 406% Rise in Units Sold, $165K Growth in Three-Month Year-Over-Year Sales** Since the fantasy football season spans from September to February, TrophySmack had to secure most of its profits during this period. Seasonal campaigns lack the flexibility of year-round advertising, meaning that organic growth from product listing optimizations can take considerable time. Therefore, FME developed a strategy that involved aggressively promoting TrophySmack’s specialty products through pay-per-click advertising. Our aim was to maximize sales during the season, boost sales velocity for better organic rankings, and establish TrophySmack as a go-to brand for fantasy football enthusiasts needing draft boards and trophies year after year. We analyzed both TrophySmack's offerings and those of competitors, exploring the associated data to identify effective keywords for driving conversions on Amazon. We then utilized these keywords along with new high-quality product imagery, captured in our studio, to create sponsored product campaigns. Another crucial part of our successful strategy was deliberately setting higher bids for campaigns, which helped secure prime positions in Amazon's search results for TrophySmack's key terms. A unique challenge faced by TrophySmack was the customizable aspect of its trophies and championship belts, which confused consumers. To address this, FME developed A+ content for TrophySmack that explained not only the customization process but also highlighted the overall quality of the trophies and the brand. Our PPC campaigns proved highly effective, as TrophySmack now consistently appears as the top sponsored ad in Amazon searches for fantasy football trophies and championship belts. By employing high bids for PPC campaigns and enhancing product pages with A+ content, we achieved an impressive 270% increase in sales and a 406% growth in units sold, along with a $165K rise in three-month year-over-year sales. In essence, TrophySmack has truly become Amazon’s No. 1 choice.

Nfinity

$2.5M Year-Over-Year Sales Growth Elimination of 100% of Unauthorized Resellers 430% Increase in Units Sold Nfinity has become a prominent name in competitive cheerleading, with its shoes being as iconic to cheer as Nike sneakers are to basketball. When the company approached us, it was already generating monthly sales between $100K and $300K on Amazon, but they aimed for greater heights and sought our assistance to realize their full potential. We identified that the key to Nfinity's eCommerce success lay in eliminating their competition, specifically by preventing unauthorized resellers from listing Nfinity products on Amazon. These resellers were distributing defective and counterfeit items and often undercutting prices, causing Nfinity to lose control of the Buy Box. Moreover, the actions of these resellers hurt the Nfinity brand's reputation, which adversely affected sales both on and off Amazon. Although isolating unauthorized resellers was challenging, FME successfully blocked all of them and enforced Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) agreements with other sellers. This strategy allowed Nfinity to regain control over pricing, protect their brand image, and manage their product listings effectively. Next, FME enhanced the product pages for Nfinity’s top three products—the Flyte stunt shoe, Vengeance cheer shoe, and branded backpack—by using proven keywords to drive impressions and conversions. This step ensured that the products reached the specific audience likely to purchase them. Additionally, dynamic A+ content was created for select product pages to visually enrich them with information regarding the Nfinity brand. Finally, we organized Nfinity’s catalog by color and size variations to enhance the shopping experience for consumers. Achieving success on Amazon is challenging, which is why even a well-established brand like Nfinity required our expertise. FME’s tailored approach—blocking unauthorized sellers, optimizing product listings, adding A+ content, and organizing the catalog—enabled Nfinity to achieve an impressive $2.5M increase in year-over-year sales and a 430% surge in total units sold. Ageless Innovation by Hasbro™

Ageless Innovation experienced a 33% rise in the frequency of purchase orders (POs), a 30%+ increase in PO value, and a 20% reduction in Advertising Cost of Sale (ACoS), achieving an average ACoS of 6.5% on Amazon Canada. Before collaborating with FME, Ageless Innovation had limited success with their PPC campaigns on Vendor Central and sought help to maximize their product listings and marketing efforts. Their partnership with FME aimed to enhance overall sales from PPC and encourage more purchase orders from Amazon. In Vendor Central, increased total sales correspond to higher PO quantities, which motivated FME to develop a comprehensive strategy to achieve this objective. Although optimizing product listings is crucial, it is often complicated by restrictions on Vendor Central, necessitating innovative approaches to comply with Amazon's policies. Nevertheless, FME conducted an extensive keyword analysis and successfully optimized the listings. They also created A+ content to elevate the brand image and enhance listing conversion rates. After improving the product listings, FME concentrated on refining the PPC campaigns, leading to a decrease in ACoS from 15% to 12% and a boost in total sales, resulting in increased Amazon order volume. Ageless Innovation later reported to FME that they were receiving 33% more POs from Amazon, with each order requesting approximately 33% more units.
