Portfolio

REACH

REACH Influencers

Client Overview: Established in 2018, REACH Influencers is the first micro-influencing platform that offers a web-based application to connect businesses of all sizes with social media influencers, allowing for affordable and low-risk marketing through brand ambassadorships. The Challenge: Initially, the web application was developed by a different vendor, but REACH faced issues with missed deadlines and inadequate maintenance support. Consequently, they turned to FocustApps for a comprehensive assessment of their website to evaluate several key aspects. Our Solution: FocustApps transitioned the platform from DigitalOcean to AWS, optimizing cloud resources and facilitating future scalability. Enhancements to the database architecture included standardizing table naming conventions, ensuring proper token generation and session expiration, and cleaning up console logs and errors across various pages to improve security and performance. Additionally, users can now register using their Google and Facebook accounts, making the initial login process faster. The number of bugs and code issues was significantly reduced after re-evaluating the platform. FocustApps successfully decreased Time to Interaction by 25% on desktop and 20% on mobile.

RAAMS

Concentric

**Challenge**: Create a power management software to remotely monitor and control batteries and chargers used in on-site material handling maintenance, forklift and AGV power, critical power, and AGV services. **Solution**: FocustApps designed a web application that continuously uploads information to Concentric's cloud for automatic analysis. Moreover, data from equipment that is not compliant is transformed into corrective service alerts or automated adjustments to charging profiles. **Results**: This solution demystifies the battery box and allows charging systems to cater to the unique requirements of batteries, enhancing performance to an unprecedented level.

FYX

Fyx Fleet Roadside Assistance

Challenge: Fyx required an updated and unified reporting system for their dispatchers. Solution: To address this need, FocustApps developed a set of tailored mobile applications for vendors and drivers, along with a central web application for dispatchers that presents a customized dashboard of various reports from different sources. Results: The new system enhances vendor response times, reduces dispatch and completion times, increases the capacity to manage more incidents daily, and thus allows for the resolution of a greater number of incidents each day.
