Our collaboration with Pomegranate started with an extensive exploration of their vision and target audience. The goal was evident: to create a health-tech brand that embodies warmth, humanity, and approachability, setting itself apart from the often sterile and clinical tones typical in the industry. Through thorough research and teamwork, we developed a visual direction that is both intelligent and reassuring, achieving an ideal blend of data-driven credibility and authentic warmth. Inspired by the nostalgia of 1950s Americana, we crafted a brand identity that reflects simpler times—characterized by close-knit communities, meaningful relationships, and accessible healthcare. A rich pomegranate red serves as the foundation of the color palette, enhanced by a fresh interpretation of classic American colors. Central to this identity is the “juicy drop,” a vibrant design element symbolizing vitality and encouraging us to relish every moment. From this creative base, we created essential components for Pomegranate’s brand, including a logo suite, color palette, typography, and favicon. Moreover, we went further by applying these elements to practical examples—such as websites, business cards, and presentations—transforming abstract concepts into a vivid, real-world representation. In the end, we provided a detailed brand guidelines document to preserve the creative vision. This essential resource offers precise instructions for applying the brand consistently across all platforms, enabling Pomegranate to maintain a unified and recognizable identity as they grow. The outcome is a unique, human-focused health-tech brand that stands out in a competitive landscape. Pomegranate’s refreshed identity combines nostalgia with contemporary appeal, presenting a warm and friendly image that resonates with their audience. Equipped with cohesive brand assets and clear guidelines, the Pomegranate team is ready to confidently realize their vision across all channels, fulfilling their commitment to making health more accessible.

OATOLOGY | Brand Identity and Packaging

OATOLOGY

We developed this project from scratch, initially transforming their existing logo into a comprehensive brand identity, which then guided the visual design of the packaging. Through discussions, surveys, and workshops, we gathered essential insights to distill the essence of OATOLOGY into a clear and appealing identity aimed at their target audience. Each design decision was made with purpose. The color scheme drew inspiration from nature, featuring deep blues and greens accented by vibrant berry reds and a warm 'oaty' beige. We chose a chunky, organic sans-serif font to represent the brand's straightforward and reliable product design. To add flair, we incorporated a loose, abstract pattern inspired by key aspects of the product itself. With the brand identity in place, we shifted our attention to packaging design. The challenge was to harmonize essential text, highlights, and technical details with a visually appealing and coherent design. To illustrate the product story, we crafted a custom illustration that encapsulated the aspirational and effortless nature of the OATOLOGY experience. A cross-section of the jar—showing yoghurt, oats, and bright berries—was designed in the brand’s signature style to emphasize both the product’s functionality and its lifestyle appeal. The ultimate overnight oats jar now features packaging that is not only aligned with the brand but also visually striking, seamlessly integrating bold illustrations, essential highlights, and a relaxed wellness aesthetic. Designed to attract and inform, the box achieves an ideal balance between brand storytelling and regulatory requirements. The result? The initial batch sold out within weeks—stay tuned for the restock!

Carobeth Flowers | Branding and Marketing Strategy

We undertook a thorough process to reposition Carobeth Flowers, ensuring their brand reflected both their values and the needs of their customers. Our journey began with workshops and discussions focused on identifying Carobeth’s fundamental purpose, leading to the development of their Vision, Mission, and Values. This groundwork revitalized the brand and equipped Wendy and Adrian with the insights necessary to refine their messaging and create a brand that connects with their audience. By recognizing that Carobeth’s customers viewed their flowers as a source of creativity and tranquility, we adjusted their market positioning. The flowers transformed from mere decorations to experiences of creativity. We streamlined their offerings to concentrate on a seasonal subscription model that prioritized creativity and self-expression, while still allowing room for individual purchases. Messaging like “wellness from seed to soul” and “our stems, your style” emphasized the emotional advantages of their flowers. To align with the new direction, we revamped Carobeth’s visual identity. The logo, handcrafted, was inspired by the theme of rebirth and Wendy and Adrian’s journey. A nature-inspired color palette featuring soft lilacs, sage greens, and blueberry shades strengthened the brand’s connection to sustainability and creativity. We also established a flexible visual hierarchy to maintain a consistent appearance across different platforms. With a solid brand foundation established, we focused on executing their strategy. We created a go-to-market plan and a content strategy that matched their values, along with ongoing consulting to help them remain on course, adapt to market responses, and grow sustainably. Carobeth Flowers now boasts a unified brand identity, clear messaging, and practical strategies for business expansion. Their new positioning as purveyors of creative and mindful floral experiences has allowed them to differentiate themselves in the competitive flower delivery sector.
